Hello. How are you? I need a custom count format to insert on my website.
1- Model: I need to create 1 counting template for all customers. All models look like this: “00.0000000000” See the exact example of what I need: https://youtu.be/ks48f2IEo6o2- Speed and Control I need to have control over the counting speed of all clients, have control over the counting speed of groups of clients
and have control over the counting speed of each client individually.
A- For example in all customers: Increase or decrease the total counting speed by 10%.
B- For example in customer groups: Increase or decrease the counting speed of the “Y” group of customers by 3%.
C- For example for each individual customer: Increase or decrease the speed of the client “X” by 8%.
You got it?
3- Start and End Date. I need to set the end date for the count. For example: On December 1, the count should be “10.0000000000”
4- Include or Remove numbers in the count. For example, if I need to increase a customer’s count from 00.0000500000 to 00.0001000000 I can do that. But only I, as an administrator, can have this control.

Another thing, can the plugin open a webpage when the timer runs out?

To implement your use-case, you need to select Remaining time counter per visitor as the counter type on Timer tab of the widget’s settings, and to set it to 5 minutes.
To have the plugin open a webpage when the timer runs out, you need to choose Redirect to URL option in Action after the timer finishes section.

1. The plugin works fine with Divi builder, so you should be good. 2. You can translate these words in Counters and Labels section on Timer tab. All you need to do is rename the label for Days, for instance, to Days in your language. 3. You can do this on Style tab of the plugin’s settings.

Yes, you can use our plugin to show the decreasing stock. To do it, you need to select Start-to-Finish number counter as timer type (that’s Timer tab of the plugin’s settings). After that you need to set the number to count from and to count to, and you’re good.
Unfortunately, we haven’t tested our plugin with the one you mention, but if any compatibility issues come up aftert the purchase, we’ll be happy to look into this for you and try to help.

I got downloaded the plugin from Envato Elements, how come I am being asked for activation, and I cannot use it?

Unfortunately, the activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements. The activation code is basically the purchase code you get when you purchase a license on CodeCanyon, so to get one you need to purchase a regular license.
However, the activation is only required to give you access to automated updates and support, but it doesn’t affect the functionality in any way. So you’re very welcome to use the plugin without activating it!

Hello,
I have access to this plugin from Envato Elements and wanted to follow up on celediaztristan’s question. You mentioned to him/her that the timer can be reset to countdown to the same time every week. Is this something I would have to do manually? In the Counter Restart Settings do I have to go in and check it after every countdown?

You need to create one widget, and set it to restart after a specific time interval. You can do this in Counter Restart Ssettings section, as you’ve remarked correctly.
After you do this, your timer will automatically restart with the same settings (that is, the same period of time it counts) , and it will do so until you deactivate the restart.

Thanks for your reply… I’ve noticed one thing though: Each time I refresh the browser the counter restarts back to the original time. For example, I have the counter to reset every 7 days, but when ever I go back to the page with the counter it starts over. Is there a way to fix this?

You must have chosen “Remaining time counter per visitor” as timer type. This type does refresh for each user each time they enter the website. If you don’t need this kind of behavior, you need to use “Start-to-finish-timer”.

Just tried it and it fixed the issue. But will I now have to set a new date every week? The start to finish timer doesn’t have the option to set a time interval when the timer will reset.

A customer of ours has a problem. I buy this plugin, and when we make a countdown to insert it as a shortoce, it automatically appears above the cut description of the woocommerce products. We do not want to appear there, we want to put it wherever we want using the shortcode.
How can we do so that the counter does not appear automatically above the short description of all products?

the design of your plugin is beautiful
but due to we have a large volume of products, it isn’t practical to do it with each individual countdown setting page and THEN add to post or pages.

Hi – great plugin!
If I use multiple timers for multiple situations, all of the timers seems to reset their times to the “latest” viewed timer, and SYNC.
How can I make sure all timers are independent of one another?
