Just one thing please, I get an error in the Wordpress updates email.

Could you please let me know what’s the easiest way to fix this? (not a coding guy). Also, if this will be fixed in the next update and when is that, plugin hasn’t been updated in a long time.

Hi, I have an Envato elements subscription, but PICTURE (AUTHOR PHOTO) does not work, does not load the photo. Let me select it from the library but then when saving it does not load. I have tried various formats and image sizes with no results. They can help us? Thank you.

All the plugin data is stored in the data base. To move the data to another domain, you need to find the data bases for Instagram Feed and Testimonials Slider in your data base list, and move them to the new domain, as well.

When you upload the company logo, the name of Upload button in the settings changes to the name of the uploaded image. This button has a cross icon on it, and all you need to do to remove the logo is click on this cross – https://www.screencast.com/t/zTE1rlSpx

We are using this plugin in our client website and it looks great, however we would like to purchase another licence to use in another client website but this specific client has A LOT of testimonials and I remember we had a DB problem saying: “Because of its length, this column might not be editable.” and on the plugin it shows: “Oops there was an error” to upload more.
So our question is if one widget is limited to number of testimonials or is it unlimited testimonials per widget?

Yes, you can remove photos from your testimonials, all you need to do is to delete photos from each testimonial.

The plugin as such doesn’t offer any kind of form for collecting your customers testimonials. With the way it works, you need to hand-pick your customers testimonials and add them manually to your plugin.

The activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements. However, activation is only required to give you access to automatiс updates and to let you contact support from inside the plugin’s editor, but it doesn’t affect the plugin’s functionality.
