Yes it’s backend is based on firebase. That’s what we finalize when we were developing it.

Code is very old and firebase wont connect without upgraded gradle, can you update the code please?
Can you answer please. I need a refund if this is not fixed – i am unable to connect to firebase as the gradle is so out of date. This app in its current form does not work. When i update the gradle it causes other issues.

No only admin can upload videos. You can upgrade after exceeding 5gb limit. Here is link to firebase pricing https://firebase.google.com/pricing/
What about admob policies If the user sent a video or images have copyright, for example, a part of the video clip or match ?
you should adhere to google admob policies.

Control which issue? Sorry i did not understand your comment. On this app you can upload short 30-sec status videos. Admob is integrated. That’s totally up to you what kind of videos you upload. It should be fine as long as you don’t violate google admob policies. You can see similar apps on google playstore and they’re doing well.
