Did you try the settings in the Options tab? (eg. choose another separator, or try disable jquery UI, etc)

Hello, I purchased your plugin hoping it would export a piece of data for my woocommerce customers that I placed at the checkout page. I have the option of them deciding to signup for my newsletter or not. The answer to the field at checkout is stored in the user data currently as well in the woocommerce order details.
I would like to export the list of buyers who choose “yes” for this option at checkout. It is not currently showing on the list of “field options” to export. Is there a way to make this happen?

Hello. Since a few days your plugins no longer works. I can not save the options and the image of the load remains permanently it is impossible to filter. I tried to re-install it but it does not work. My WP is 4.9.8 . What is the problem please ?
I’d like a refund for this product – it did not start working at all, even when just this plugin was active, just giving a blank page when going to it. As there is no fast way to solve it (and I really got it because I was in a hurry to export this data) then I’d like a refund.

I don’t know, because I never tried on WP Multisite. I don’t know exactly the WP Multisite engine, however the Multisite uses the main site plugins and theme, but not the database. I will try on multisite and let you know.

The problem has been solved that I couldn’t use the plugin in the multi sites. I changed some $wpdb->prefix to $wpdb-base_prefix.
But another problem was raised…

Are you using Woocommerce?
Woocommerce doesn’t store any information about orders in Wordpress User Meta table, except one case: the completed orders. If you always handle the Woocommerce Order statuses exactly, and you are always changing every completed (payed) orders status to Completed, you can filter any users whose are already made an order. In this case, you can filter every paying customers by Custom user meta field called ‘paying_customer’. You have to set this filter:
1. User roles: Customer 2. Filtering options: paying_customer equal 1 (paying_customer=1)
So, in this case you can export these users with our plugin.
Small correction: if you want to export every users who didn’t make any orders you have to set the following Filtering options:
2. paying_customer not equal 1
Anyway, we will extend our plugin features with Woocommerce Orders filtering, in the near future.

We’ve finished the update of woocommerce order fields feature. It should be testing, but if you can wait 1-2 days (because of debugging), this feature will be include very soon! With this new feature, you can filter users by any Woocommerce Order fields, eg. you can filter users who made order > 10 USD AND order < 250 USD.
I appreciate your response and adding this feature in your plugin. Sure, i would wait unless you do testing and debugging.
We added the User filtering by WooCommerce total order amount and by WooCommerce per order amount.
The update has done and approved, but there is important thing to know, before you purchase our plugin.
LIMITATION: In one hand, if you add the Total order amount / User with is empty relation, then you cannot add any more filters. This because the query of the empty orders processing takes too long. In the other hand, if you already added some filters except this combination, you cannot add the Total order amount / User with combination.
So, you can export all users who never purchased any items, but in this case (and only this case), you cannot use any other filter. This because the query of the empty orders (which are not exists) processing takes too long.
