Before buying I’d like to know whether this is a feature: I have a survey containing of 6 questions with for each question fixed answers my client is allowed to give. Each answer represents a number. The sum of the numbers should give a specific text back to the customer. So when your sum is 0-6 the bot give Text A; sum of 7-12: Text B, etc. Is that possible? Thanks!

So i see a lot of people asking this question if it is possible for the bot to remember the “name” of a user using the Chatbot and reply the name… unfortunately i cant see that the author ever answered to these questions, i guess it is still not possible?

I found the project interesting and would like to include it in a project I am doing for entrepreneurs and students. The first part I know it will work that it is to capture name, email and phone that who accessed the page but I would like to program some questions that according to the answers he opens me a list of post card issues related to the user profile that has been answered.
