Thanks for reaching out, the off-the-shelf plugin custom icons are stored within wp-uploads and inside custom folder within this folder. Unfortunately, this is the main structure of the plugin. You may need to contact your hosting provider to assist if the images are not showing on your server.

If you would like to customize the folder structure, you may need to request our devs team to perform customization if needed.

Based on Codecanyon support policy here, the off-the-shelf product features come as it is as per item description and live preview page, customization is not part of the support scope, however can be requested to our devs team via the contact form here if needed by providing your full requirements list so they can analyze the timeline/cost.

Thank you for your inquiry, if you enable the add-on, there should be a new menu called Categories. Click and you can edit each category and upload a marker for each category.

That’s what I did, but nothing happened. I changed the marker’s width and height to 32px in every archive you told me and reuploaded the markers, but they remain in 58px: http://vianexo.net.grillo.avnam.net/mapa-interactivo/

If you would like to show the category icon instead, you can request our devs team to perform customization via the contact form here.

Thanks so much! We may just turn the headers off, we were just looking for the different categories to represent their new icon color. Not necessarily replace it with the icon, just show different colors based on their tag.

Thank you for your inquiry, SVG uploads are not allowed in WordPress due to Security Issues as per article here.

If you wish to use SVG markers, you may need to upload normal images first, then, at the categories page (WP admin), right click the marker image and Open image in a new tab.

The image path will be something like /wp-content/uploads/ssf-wp-uploads/images/sprites/markers/markerimage.png

Go to FTP and upload your SVG marker in the same path i.e markerimage.svg

Then, edit wp-content/plugins/superstorefinder-wp/ssf-wp-xml.php search for keyword

.png

replace all to

.svg

Save and upload the file. Clear browser cache and refresh the markers should be showing svg files now.
