On demo – when vendor embeds youtube video it displays in backend, but on frontend displays as html code. Does this problem exist on supplied script?
Yes, we had issue there and we have updated that in our local environment. We are going to update that next week with some other functionality update.

Customer want to know the service provider is available or not. I think it is the best if you put the last seen , recent time when the vendor access to the system.
So customer can know the the services provider is active 10 minute ago… something like that.
