This is a pre-sale question re. how it does work from the customer perspective. After purchase, the customer / buyer receives an email sent by the plugin inviting to leave a review, it’s clear. But then, what the customer / buyer has to do? Has he/she, in the email a link to click on? Where leads this link? How is he/she explained how to fulfil the review?

Hi, Our plugin auto sends reviews reminder emails.
I tried to use it with my custom woocommerce theme and It does not work. I get an error as long as there are no reviews. There is always the error: Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/html/web/wp/wp-includes/comment-template.php on line 1480
And the styles do not load properly. And the Questions Section does not work because according to the console a reCAPTCHA client could not be found (even when i deactivate recaptcha)

Hi, It seems to be a good module, nevertheless this is the first time I put a module and that breaks all the template of the site, another buyer had asked if the module was compatible with the Flatstone template which I decided to buy this one, in fact it is not, I use Flatstone without much change in font sizes but the module makes the whole site pass with a font size very small and therefore it is impossible to read the site. The designer should try with the most common templates to avoid this type of problem. As far as I am concerned, I deleted it and waited to find the one that fits best for my template without touching everything. In addition there is a language file that is empty without .pot file so without possibility to be able to translate with poedit in my language.
