I am actually interested to purchase “iRestora Plus Multi Outlet Next Gen Restaurant POS” soon. But, looking at the demo version I found several errors, one of them: After I selected a running order from the left pane, then I created invoice, then whatever button I clicked, the pop up window cannot dissappear http://prntscr.com/oumy92

Can you make sure that all the errors or malfunctions have been fixed on the saleable software package?

Hi there, Are you sure that you are doing everything right? I have checked and got it fine. But one thing I assume that after making invoice you did not click on the red reload button at the top right of the running order pane. Before not doing that the invoiced order is not being disappeared and you selected that order that is already invoice and facicng this issue. This is my guess. Can you please make sure that you kept it in mind. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your kind explanation. Please note that I randomly found the “CLOSE” button at the bottom of the popup window http://prntscr.com/ouwdhc so I can close the popup window easily. But, I sometimes (randomly) found the same popup window without “CLOSE” button, while the red “RELOAD” button is disable while the popup window exists http://prntscr.com/ouwe97

The other question is, how to add the number of guests on the invoice. so I can know how many guests on every order placed. Thanks a lot!

After making several trials, I know probably that the “close” button will hide if the ordered items more than 2 items

This is just my suggestion and expectation. On the “Running Order” it would be useful if you show the table number for dine in. Also, it would be useful if you show the table number on KOT and Invoice like you did on Order Details view http://prntscr.com/ov1wmy

Also, adding the number of guests on invoice also beneficial.

I appreciate very much your swift response to your prospect comments/questions. in fact you already show the table number and other details when the water/cashier clicks any running order http://prntscr.com/ov3l61. This is very good feature and must be preserved. However, in my opinion it would be more beneficial if you show the table number (for example T23 for table number 23) on the right side to the running order number like this http://prntscr.com/ov3mtl

It will be very useful for a large restaurant with many running orders. For example, a guest approaching the cashier and says I want to settle my invoice for table 23. It will make faster for the cashier to go directly to intended exact order number if the table number shown next to the order number rather than he/she must making a guess by clicking every running order one by one to find the correct table number (it will take times and the gust may complains). Because, in practice a restaurant guest will be easier to mention his/her table number than order number.

Another one, I am sorry (if I missing) I cannot find the button for modifying/editing the running order. For example, if a guest wants to order another items after eating the previous order before settling the invoice. Or he/she wants to change/cancel uncooked order(s).

Once again, I do apologize for raising too many comments and quistions. My intention is merely to make your product/software can meet larger client base requirements in the future.

Hi there, Sorry that I should clarify before. The modify feature is actually for a Post-payment restaurant, but this outlet is set to pre-payment. Just go to Outlet edit and change pre-payment to post payment and login agin. Then you can see the Modify button. Thanks!
