That varies, depending on the way you use Perfex. If you cannot thing of a way that pixel will help you, you might not probably using it for marketing actions, thus its not needed for you.

You will be able to use all of Facebook pixel available reporting. But reporting of Facebook pixel is not occuring on CRM level, but on service level (Facebook)
how does it exactly work? once you integrate pixel into perfex what reports can you see in perfex?
This is not an integration at core’s level. It just gives you the option to integrate your pixel.
is it possible to track conversions? Such as Opening Tickets, Projects, Invoices, does it track customer’s journeys?
Our module enables you the ablity to load your Facebook Pixel code in your Perfex. If your pixel can do these tracking actions, then, the answer is yes.
It can be install with other system CodeIginter or it only for perfex crm
Perfex is based on CodeIgniter, but this is a module made for Perfex. You may be able to use this module at your own risk in it. We wont provide any type of support for custom integrations, so please consult your developer prior purchasing this.
Can I bulk export and update Perfex projects as a post on Facebook MarketPlace or add/update projects to my Facebook Shop?

This is not related to Facebook Leads service, but to Facebook Pixel.
With this module, you are able to add your Facebook Pixel code in your Perfex installation.
It would be interesting to create a module where you can display Facebook ADS statistics and reports in the client area for the client’s facebook ads page

Facebook Pixels provides actions reporting, related to Facebook ads. It wont be helpful for you if you font run Facebook ads, or if you use Perfex for internal use.

please do something to integrate social media links also remainders with repeat option, small things but its missing i have 4 license of Perfex and they are amazing missing small things.
page detecting fields and location for forms helps us detect item page title and location , i will be the first client for 10 license.

When I send the email to a client or a prospect, this is in an email tab, VTIGER CRM handles it like this.
Example of VTIGER https://ibb.co/vVwQW1rWhen I go to a client or a lead, there is a button of emails and there they will upload all the emaisl that have been sent and shared with this contact. That way, my sales team can be more effective, since if a new salesperson comes in he will be able to quickly know in what state the conversation with the client is going.

Its semi-clear to me. The confusing part is that previous requester, requested a different SMTP for different account and unfortunately, unless needs re the same and grouped for a great audience, we wont be able to force this idea for development onto our upper level of devs.

I saw that you have released several Perfex plugins. Great! Is there any plan to integrate email into Perfex?
There is no email-related service in mind to be implemented, however, we are open to suggestions.

Your reply is especially timely. For example, I have a lot of sales leads. My employees need to communicate with them until the order is filled. If I can send and receive mail directly in Perfex, it would be perfect. I saw comments in Perfex CRM, and there are many people who have the same needs.
So you do need an interface, under which you will be able to send a custom email to a client – is that correct?
Very true! Every employee needs to have their own SMTP, just like integrating a mail client. This is also the basic function of most CRM systems. I believe that it will sell more than 1,000 copies. Because I have seen a lot of Perfex CRM reviews, a lot of people have mentioned this feature.
I have already consulted the authors of Perfex CRM and they don’t have this plan. They will focus on other aspects of development in the future. They say, “you can try to implement this feature on your own as modules”.
SMTP integration is already there for Perfex CRM.
You can use your own SMTP in order to send mails, instead of PHPmail which is the default function.
However, what you require here is something different. Correct me if Im wrong, but you need a menu area, in which you will be able to send custom emails to specific clients of your choice.
Perfex CRM does not set up separate SMTP for each employee. What I want to say is that I want to see all the incoming and outgoing mail for each contact in each lead, and even import the previously contacted mail. In this case, I don’t need third-party mail (such as outlook) services.
So you are talking about a separate SMTP setting for each employee – now its crystal clear.
Well i’ll probably have this discussed with the team, however, we do believe that a custom email form module, like the one described above, would be a better fit to a wider audience and will help massively people with similar requests.
If this gets accepted, we might have a field there, under which you will be able to override the default SMTP details for every session.
