There is no validation for users after login If i add any password in OLD Password and any Password in New Password and Confirm Password you guys just saving the new password, not matching the new password with confirm password or even then not matching old password with database
yes it happen on front-end site but back-end are ok. we are fixing and let update soon.

How you understand that “incomplete product” ? you didn’t try to login our demo. because the demo link still working and username , password still there. everyone can visit demo and login successfully right now.
