No. 1 is what a client wants. #2, 3 I thought your answer would be like it when I read the features of your plugin. Maybe you want to consider other shape-of-the-button also, like maybe square. The Floating Buttons plugin mainly shows helpful buttons and some messages. This plugin does not have any actual bot feature.

Most of its useful features are incorporated inside the WoowBot plugin which is an actual ChatBot.

Search and Recently Viewed are available within the ChatBot. Recommended products are not. But WoowBot can display Featured and On sale products.

The floating buttons plugin is much more straight forward though.

This plugin was developed as a WooCommerce addon and requires woocommerce. Though we can probably make it to activate without woocommerce. Will the plugin meet all your needs otherwise?

1. This plugin does not support shortcode from other plugins. There is a built-in icon and contact form already included.

2. It requires WooCommerce to work.

3. You can offset the icon position from the right and bottom using percentages. So it can be positioned almost anywhere.

You need to have the Envato plugin installed to get update. But no worries, simply download the plugin again from https://codecanyon.net/downloads . Delete the old one and then install the new version.
