I want to add 50 agents in my site, is it possible with this plugin ? OR Are there any maximum number of accounts can be added?
Yes you can add but it will show a sidebar. Only 3 user will be visible. User needs to scroll to find an agent to chat.

I think should be an option that plugin loads the chat buttons without touching the main chat button
We can add different level of members for chat. So the user gets an Option to chat with sales or support so he needs to click on an representative.

I have checked the issue. Your theme is using an Old version of font awesome so the icons are not working
I have tried on different themes. but the outcome is the same for me. How do I solve it within your plugin if the theme is using an Old version of font awesome

Today I bought your plugin, and it worked great. When scrolling through our website I noticed it sometimes hides beneath other elements. You can see the issue at https://hierstaatdewebsite.nl, I also uploaded a screenshot: https://ibb.co/3W4jrKc
There is also a video background on the homepage, somehow the skype button is unclickable when it is on the video background.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

how do you connect the chat to the social media accounts theres nothing for that
Please check the documentation attached. After installation you can update from backend..
the documentation only tells you how to install and to write on each part it doesnt give you how to connect each account of whats app facebook and skype it usually needs to connect to the accounts and here it doenst show you that on back end
so adding the username only on skype and facebook connects the account without verification? and the same with whats app? i mean usually to connect anything to facebook it ask you to verify the accoount so it knows is you etc thats why is weird
