what type of quickbooks setup client will need? I mean, quickbooks is a desktop application. But it also has a cloud subscription alternative. Actually which I should have to accept payment in woocommerce site?

We dont store any credit card info locally on server, all payment related data is stored on Intuit’s secure servers.

Pre Sale Question : When someone submits a payment will there be a customer record created in Quickbooks? Until someone submits a payment they aren’t in Quickbooks, that why I’m asking.

As wreckard said, It auto completes the order as “shipped” in my case (it’s renamed on my installation) . Please fix this ASAP!
Please just make it mark as “processing” once payment is processed.
It was fixed in 24 hours after emailing them apparently , great support.

Quick question on above quickbooks payment. I have installed it, how do I know or verify that card has been processed? I connected to quickbooks processed a payment but cannot see it on my merchant account processor page
It should appear in merchant account, if it doesn’t you should check with QuickBooks support and they will be able help you with that.
This plugin works great! However, it shows the order as completed after the payment is confirmed. These are not digital products and the order is not complete. I need it to stay at processing and there is no way to change it. I have to manually change each order to processing.
