1/ Is it possible to allow multiple merchants to sign up in the app? If so, the frontend user can select which particular merchants or shops to queue to make their appointment?
2/ Is it running on all andriod phones of all brands? What if there are errors on a particular brand phone or version?
3/ So, the function of this app is to allow users to get a token before it is their turn to see a doctor or to go to a service provider for a meeting or just to collect items. Correct? And then when it’s his turn or when the item is ready for collection, the staff/admin can notify the user by email? How about SMS or screen notification on the app?
4/ Will there be an iOS app coming up soon?
5/ Do you provide customization?
6/ Is it possible to paginate the page? Otherwise, the list is too long to load?
7/ Is there a web-based version of the app? for people to view on a browser.

- Users will get the notification in the app. Users will get a push notification in the app.
- Currently, no iOS version is available. But in the future, we will create the iOS version of the app.

Which PHP framework you use for admin panel?

Just let you know that currently, we do not use any framework. The code of the admin panel is fully customizable. All the scripts are straightforward so that user can easily understand and customize the project if they have little knowledge. Please let us know if you need any support.

Hi, Qeasy is queue management app with admin panel where admin can add counter, services, assign employee to the counter. And customer add to the queue by scanning the QR code provided by admin. Customer also can add to the queue directly. And assigned employee can send the meeting date through push notification to the customer. I wish they have every products i will wish to purchase. I have so many products on my ‘Favorites’ folder, and i haven’t purchased them because the products have not been updated for a long time, and there customer service is zero, but with good products. Yes, Qeasy supports multiple service providers, Where users can take appointments and assigned employee can set a meeting date by sending notification from employee panel.

But you need to improve on notification sound alert. I test push notification from firebase – Push Msg is delivered but there is no sound alert on push notification delivery.
If possible add share button and auto popup for rating & comment.

We have already added a share button in the About us screen. And app rating dialog is now showing one time in every 2 days. You can set the timing in the parameter of the showDialogInDays = showRateDialogIn(2); in MainActivity class
Yes everything is updated as per new update suggestions showDialogInDays = showRateDialogIn(2); if I replaced 2 to 0 then what action will react for rating popup.
I checked push notification delivered to phone but there is no sound on push notification delivery.
If you put 0 in the parameter, The alert will never visible. But if you put 1 the alert will visible in everyday. And we will add notification sound in the next update.
