i think this is a bug on a working report if you change anything from Report Type Report Details Report Condition the report have no data Query returned no results. even if you change it back on first option that works

Hello, is it possible to change the order of the fields in the export csv file? Can I schedule a csv export, run every 5 minutes and contain only the new entries?

Demo site still appears not be working. Can you include sub-totals for responses? Like if you have a Radio button question with A, B, C can you include a sub-total that will tell you how many users selected A vs B vs C? Thanks!

Looking for a solutions that will allow us to assign a point system to various questions we want to ask and then tally the points and generate a PDF report that gets emailed out – Is that something this plugin is capable of?

Three questions: 1) For the scheduled reports is it possible to have this sent twice per day or in specific hour intervals i.e. 2hrs, 3hrs, etc.? 2) Is it possible to have it exported to a folder on the server? 3) Does each report contain the same data as the previous reports plus new entries, or is it only new entries since the last time it was ran?

Not true at all. I provided many emails telling you the problem that the scheduled reports to not work. They do not get created, and they do not send to any email. your documentation says you can choose an email, not true, your product description does not match the PDF docs…and the PDF docs do not match how the product looks or operates. Just have some integrity and fix the issue or refund.

I have some pre-sale questions:
1) I see that the plugin generates PDF/CSV reports but can they be emailed to a specific email address(es)?
2) If you can email the reports, am I able to set the time you want the reports to be emailed? I would need the reports to go out at the end of the workday for this particular client, so I would need a daily generating setting.

So what does not work ?
your documentation says you can choose an email. -> Please send me the page of the documentation where you read this. At my documentation there isn’t a sentence that offer this Feature.
The included PDF Documentation was build with screenshots from the product.
And yes. The upcoming release will include this feature. But it’s still not released.

So everything that you said before, was completely wrong. And also the product isn’t outdated. See at the product description wich WP and GF versions are supported.
