Is this compatible with the latest iOS 14 ?
Looks like Apple and PhoneGap and not working together anymore. So we are building the iOS version using Cordova. Just wondering if there is anything else we should be aware of. Thanks.
Hey there and thank you for your purchase. It is compatible with all iOS versions starting with iOS 10. PhoneGap still works, but some issues can occur on iOS14 and iOS13, that’s why we strongly recommend using Cordova. There are no compatibility issues since Cordova exports and creates the entire shell you need to use as an app, which you can just drag and drop in xcode. We just built a version using Cordova, and our testing iOS device seems to be Installed it, but then just opens and closes the App Right away.

Hello, First off great product. I am however having an issue with external links. They will link locally in a browser with or without “default-link” class. But not while debugging using phone gap build desktop app and android app. Any help would be great!

Try using ”.show-gallery” instead of “default-link”. This should do the trick! If the user is charged to use your application, or has to pay to activate more features in the application, then you need an extended license, if your app is free but you are selling products from inside the app that are unrelated to the app functionality then a regular license will do just fine mate. Because those are the Envato Marketplace Terms of Licenses, also, any Application store you will upload to you’ll have to provide a license, otherwise, your application will get rejected and you will receive a DMCA from Envato or the AppStore, that can lead to legal consequences. These are the rules. If your application is paid or has in-app purchases you require an extended license.

This is a pre-purchase question to help me know if this product can do what it is I need 1. After buying and editing html templates to what I want how do I convert it back to a mobile app. 2. How do I connect a registration form to a database for it to submit After when
1. Certainly you can edit the html files and than just re-build the cordova app using cordova build command (cordova should be installed and setup in your terminal / cmd promot)
2. You can use a remote hosted API accepting post data for registration and that inserts into the remote database / server database. from app you can use that remote hosted url path and send post data via ajax.

Hi. I love the app demo but had a few questions before purchasing.
I tried the ‘Video Box’ demo and see the YouTube video when I click on the link but I can’t work out how to stop the video and return the page below? If I touch the green ‘Embed Videos – Awsome’ button it closes the popup but the video sound is still heard in the background. Same goes for when you touch the semitransparent area around the popup …. audio is still heard. Can’t test it on an iPad as there isn’t an iOS demo
Is it possible to add an audio popup also? I used your Slidebox Mobile template quite some time ago and added the ‘ProgressionPlayer’ to a page to play spoken audio files. The player is still available here on Envato Market under HTML5 – Media. Is it still possible to use this player with Kolor or would there be any conflicts? I was hoping to make the player appear in a popup just like the YouTube.

each FAQ’s open and close about 3 times when you touch it. Is that a bug that can be fixed as it should just open or close once?
The ‘Meet the Team’ page has missing blocks of content as you drag the page up and down. Is that a bug that can be fixed?

Hey there Andrew, and thank you for your question. Kolor is built using PhoneGap and Cordova, in essence, it’s a HTML item converted to an app. This means that the video that you play will hide under the screen, but still keep playing. There is no API to control or remove these functions, only if you set them via JavaScript using the YouTube API.
All our products are built using JavaScript (jQuery), HTML and CSS, so you can import any plugin you want that is compatible with these. The pop-up box you see is a off-canvas transform element, basically, housing any HTML or JS you throw in it, there is no reason for it not to work if the player is compatible with the previously mentioned technologies.
Regarding the FAQ buttons and the Team Page, they seem to be working perfectly. I just tested them. I can’t see that bug on my end. Be sure your Android device is running the minimum of Android 5.0 and is fully CSS3 compatible.
