There is a problem, changes made via your plugin are not displayed in preview mode and on pages that are still in draft.
This is very inconvenient because while you are designing to see the correct design you have to make the page public.

Are there are any plans to fix the bug with WPBakery 6.80 and later, where any styling changes made under the Responsive Pro tab are not being applied after updating in the Frontend Editor? If I then go to the backend Editor and update the page the settings are now applied.
This bug occurs when the default theme and no other plugins are used so all users should be experiencing this issue.
I did contact you in February about this and heard nothing back unfortunately.

It needs to renew support, so I can’t open a ticket. Anyway to let you know, it’s not a bug just for me, it happens to everybody with WPML Media. There’s a JS conflict translating media. When Responsive for WPBakery Page Builder is disabled, it works fine.

I purchased this plugin, however I’m having an issue. Is there a way to force background image to be maximum full width? As I see it, unless I choose WPBakery’s native “full width row” option (which stretches background AND content to full width), then there is no way for me to have a full-width background image using your plugin. I would like to have a full-width background but keep content from spanning full width.

I’ve just found this and its what I’ve been looking for as I need to create separate padding for mobiles which I cant currently do. However the above comment concerns me. Is this compatible? Will it def work with latest version of WordPress, wp bakery and my theme?

How would one go about ensuring that the the styles added by your plugin get added to custom vc elements created?

Correct, but these classes are not getting added to the custom vc elements we make. The do not get displayed on the custom elements we make, we’re looking for these on the frontend using inspect element). The get added ok for elements such as vc_row, vc_column, etc. But not for custom vc elements we created. When creating the custom vc elements, we add the following code:
$css_class = apply_filters( VC_SHORTCODE_CUSTOM_CSS_FILTER_TAG, vc_shortcode_custom_css_class( $css, ’ ’ ), $this->settings[‘base’], $atts );
This issue is similar to the one you discussed with @7uptheme in the thread above.

Tried this, it completely messes up the layout of the page (even for non custom elements). Is there a way to have your plugin’s custom classes come up on the custom element we’re adding?
Just use Responsive Shortcode and drag & drop another element into it http://prntscr.com/o7t0wg
This option adds a wrapper div and adds the responsive styles to it. This option won’t work for us as we’d want the elements styles to be added directly to the element we make, not a wrapper div (similar to how these styles get added to the vc default elements such as vc_row and vc_column).
If you want to add directly, so you must add filter code for css class.
Any help on how to achieve that?

Scratch that – the plugin DOES WORK, but you need to add devices first and options will appear afterwards. A bit counterintuitive, but it works.
Yes, in the documentation we have a guide and in sample data for import devices.
Had to fix it using is_admin(). As a kind request, can you please commit this on the code so that it does not roll back on future updates. This slows down the site frontend on pagespeed insights.

I’ve seen the issue @code23 has and to which one you have replied to.
I’m sorry, but what kind of development is that by making the plugin settings instantly obsolete with a simple update and without any prior notification? We have set up very complex layouts which took a couple days of work and now you are telling us we can’t use the new version since you don’t have the skills to make it compatible? Or, at least, have an export/import option.
We have reverted to 2.3.6. and in the next website overhaul we will completely stop using this plugin and resort to other options.
