Hello, I would like to see a demo for the plugin. Can you share user information? I want to test the plugin before purchasing it.
Hi,
This does not work with the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress I have installed. As I asked in my initial enquiries, I want to be able to list date conditions by product. Unfortunately the drop down list for selecting the product is empty.
I would attach a screen shot but there doesn’t seem to be a way to attach items here.
I have a client who needs this functionality. So are you able to fix? Or alternatively can you please issue me a refund.
Thank you,
Matthew
Hi,
I have two questions.
1. The plugin details give the impression that payment gateways can be restricted by date. I would like to set restrictions by each product or product variation. So for example, product variation x to use only PayPal and not Bank Transfer after 15/6/22. Is this possible?
2. Sunnydhard above states that the plugin is no longer compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Will this plugin be updates to be compatible?
1 – yes, and 2 – we just got it in our development queue now. But not sure when we’ll have the update. You can always install our plugin and ask for a refund if it doesn’t work.
Hi, I am interested in your plugin. However, I have some question marks in my mind. I need the following features. Do you provide these features?
1- I want to restrict some city field. For example, when the city is “Pendik”, pop-up or alert appears. This prevents the customer from placing an order.
2- I have 3 product categories. I want to prevent buying 2 different products in certain category or more than 2 of the same product for certain category. For example; I have categories A, B and C. Let me have products A1,A2,A3, B1, B2, B3, C1,C2 and C3.
Example Carts; Category A; that I want to restrict A1×2 B2 C2 = There cannot be 2 products from category A. It should give a alert. A1 B1 C3 = No Problem A1 A3 = There cannot be 2 different products from category A. It should give a alert . A1 A2 B2×4 = There cannot be 2 different products from category A. It should give a alert .A1 B1 B2 C1 C2 C3×2 = No Problem
3- I want to restrict the state field. However;I can send category B to the whole country(Turkey, I am selling only Turkey). I can send category C to Istanbul and Izmir. I can only send category A to Istanbul. Example;B1 for Bursa = No ProblemB2×3 B3 for Adana = No ProblemA1 B1 for İzmir = Only İstanbul can send A products.A3 B2 C2 for İstanbul = No ProblemB2 C1 for İzmir = No Problem B2 C1 for Adana = Only İstanbul and İzmir can send C products.
Can I do these or which one feture with your plugin?
Regards.
Hi, we can set rules per city and product in cart and number of products in cart, but we do NOT have the option to set a rule based on number of products from a category. So your #2 is not possible with our plugin – yet.
Hello! Hope you are doing well.
I want to notify you that your plugin is now not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Kindly check and update it.
Thanks & Regards Sunny
Thank you for the heads up, we’ll check it asap.
Hello, i’ve presale questoins:
1) Your plugin is user role compatible? I need to filter payment by user role (b2b or b2c);
2) Your plugin is compatible with B2B extension from WooCommerce.com?
Anyone?
Hi, apologies for the late reply. 1. Yes. 2. Should be conpatible with all approv3d woo extensions as we all use the built in woocommerce hooks and functions. Please let us know if you have any questions after as well.
ok, thank you so much
Hello, Hope you are doing well.
I have a question. Your plugin is compatible with the latest WordPress and woo-commerce versions?
I have installed your plugin on latest WordPress and woo-commerce versions but it is not getting activated. The check box on your plugin setting page doesn’t turns ON.
Check the following image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hrgbf3yntaggehp/Firefox_Screenshot_2021-02-09T15-55-00.149Z.png?dl=0
Whenever I check it On and saves and then refresh the page it shows the checkbox is unchecked. I have tried it several times but same result. Also i have turned OFF all other plugins but still the same result.
Your plugin last update was in April 2019. Since then no update. Kindly check on fresh latest version of WordPress and woo-commerce.
Thanks & Regards Sunny
I would like to add that I am using Wordpress 5.6.1 and Woocommerce Version 4.9.2 . Both are the latest versions.
Thank you for the update. We’ll test and update if needed on our end. Apologies for the issue you’ve encountered.
Hello and thank for your reply.
I have checked your plugin on WordPress Version 5.5.3 & also on Version 5.6.1 and on both it is not working, Checkbox is not turning on.
So kindly check this issue and update it.
Thanks & Regards Sunny
Hi, we’ve added a fix to our urgent fix queue for today. I’ll post another comment here when we do update the plugin and fix your issue.
Hi, we’ve just updated the plugin. You should get an email from CodaCanyon when it’s approved as well. The checkbox is now fixed, but to test, I recommend CTRL+F5 when refreshing. Your browser might be caching the checkbox status for display
And we’d be very happy if you drop us a review after you use our plugin.
Hello, Thanks for your reply and the update.
It worked after this latest update. Now checkbox is saving and its working fine. Thanks for taking quick step to update the plugin. I appreciate it.
Thanks & Regards Sunny
Great, enjoy! (We’d love your review once you use our plugin and see how it works for you)
5 Stars for your code feature and timely support. Thank you for your support.
Does it allow for conditional payment gateways on product variations?
It should. Variations have product id’s of their own, so if you can set the rules for the variations, they’d work the same way.
Dear sir, im looking a plugin like yours, all i need is, create 2 categories, A,B then restrict category A to be paid with paypal, and category B with credit card, then if 2 products are in the cart with category A and B, then the checkout create 2 payment form, one for A to be paid with paypal and the balance to be paid with credit card (category b)
Hi, our plugin lets you create rules on which payment gateways to appear on checkout. But we can’t divide checkout into 2 payments. WooCommerce doesn’t
If WooCommerce one day allows multiple payments for 1 order, we would be able to help. But I’m not sure if what you need is possible at all.
Hi there, I hope you are well. Can I remove all payment methods if a product that is on “Backorder” has been added to the cart with other products that are in-stock. Therefore displaying a message to client saying “Please place your order without paying and we will send a quote with lead times”. Let me know? Thank you.
Hi, we don’t have a product stock option for rules. BUT, if you only have a specific number of products that’s on backorder, you can perhaps define rules that state “if the cart includes these products”, etc. Which works the way you want. It’s not a global rule, basically you’ll have to define each product in the rule set, but unless you have tens of those products that change every day, it is possible
I’ve emailed you for support several times without sufficient reply. I have paid a developer to check the issue and they have said its within the plugin. Please help me resolve the issue.
Hi, I assume you’re writing on another account of yours here. Because ATHIRE hasn’t purchased the plugin
I’ve just tried duplicating your IP setup on our demo site and it works fine for the setup you’ve made and the IP I got on my own. So it must be either that your IP is different than the one you’re using in the settings or another plugin must be conflicting with our filters.
In short, it works as intended on our demo site and no one else has reported the issue from another site yet.
We’ve solved the issue with the IP’s. The server firewall was changing visitor IP’s so the IP’s we used in setup weren’t matching the IP’s the site saw behind the firewall. Using a “visitor IP” plugin, we found the IP the site thinks we’re from, and used that IP in the plugin settings. It solved the problem. The plugin didn’t have a bug but the firewall prevented it to use actual IP’s.
My plugin has stopped working. I updated to latest version and now it wont let me add IPs at all (drop down boxes not working). Please help!

Thanks.
Hi, I remember we’ve had some custom work on your site in the past as well
I suspect it may be one of the other plugin updates that’s causing a conflict as no one else has reported an issue. Could you email us at pm at weptile dot com with more detail, and perhaps a login to the admin panel so we can debug the errors?
I have emailed you with no reply. Please send me your public IP to adelaidetrailershop at gmail dot com so I can white list you for access. I need to get this sorted please.
Hi, Envato warns me that your plugin support ended in June ‘19 so we’ll have to carry this chat over emails from now on as a separate task in our schedules. I found your message and will reply there as well.

Hi, does this plugin work like this? We want to give free shipping if customer selects the Pay via Credit Card and to be free shipping and others dissapear.
Hi, you can do it. But think of it as this: They select free shipping > then you allow credit card only. Because payment method is allowed based on the shipping selected, you need to have the shipping as the condition.
As we’re talking about free shipping for our example, you can add a rule saying “if shipping total is zero – allow credit card” and “if shipping total > 0 – allow others”. This way, once they select free shipping, they are forced to pay with credit card.
In short, this plugin lets you to allow specific payment methods based on selected shipping values (or other conditions)
If you want to allow specific shipping methods based on other rules, then you can check our other plugin “WooCommerce Payment Method Conditions & Priorities”.
It happens oddly that by turning on the plugin, the speed of the site slows down considerably.

One of the things that hit the waterfall section is https://matiloos.com/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments. Which is normally registered in less than one second, but about 7 seconds for the plug-in to be active. Even 12 seconds have been recorded.
Hi, it doesn’t make sense to affect the homepage as our plugin only runs it’s queries on the checkout page. It may be another plugin conflicting with our plugin or your theme somehow.
Hello ! I have a couple questions: would this plugin “WooCommerce Payment Method Conditions & Priorities” work with WordPress Version 5.1.1 ?? and second question : how I can to know would this plugin work with my theme in WordPress ?
Hi,
Our plugin works with latest wp version and all themes. We built it to use native woo filters and hook, so its independent from themes.
Just bought the plugin, when i try to use product category is : jackets” and select the payment methods, then it says “no payment methods available for your state” if i change it to is not, the payments methods show up, but it doesnt hide the payment method i dont want shown.
Have you checked your zones or added all payment methods for each zone to the rule? Perhaps we can take a look at your setup if you can email us your login? Our email is pm at weptile dot com
thank you i have emailed you
Still waiting for a responce
Just realized your email was in our spambox. Sorry for the delay. We’ve updated your settings and it should work now. We will also add a new feature in a future version of the plugin to prevent anyone having the same problem you had.
still waiting on a reply to latest email please
Hi, we’re going to be debugging and testing it right on your site / server today and tomorrow
FYI. You can email us anytime about anything from this point on. I’ll also email you when the issue is found and fixed.
Im still waiting for this to be fixed, have sent two emails
Hi, I apologize for the late reply. We have fixed the issue on your site 5 days ago but I missed to update you. I was waiting for the next version update, my fault.
The problem was that we didn’t consider variable product variations to use the parent product categories
A missing control that you needed. Now we’ve added it to our plugin on your site, and we’ll upload a new version that includes this fix today as well. So you can now start using the plugin as needed.
Enjoy!
Hello good time We use customization plugins for bilinding & shiping form Please take action in the new update to include custom fields in the List of bets
do you mean product custom fields or checkout custom fields?
yeah yeah
so that’s both
Ok noted.
It was a lot of excitement I mean checkout custom fields
We necessarily need this When will the update be added?
there are multiple ways that other plugins add custom fields to checkout to it may take a few updates to get there. If it’s for post custom fields, it’s standard and would be added easily with the next update. So I can’t give a certain date yet.
If you’d like to hire us for a custom additoin to your site though, you can contact us on pm at weptile dot com for a quote.
Hello good time I installed the plugin on my site But I immediately got an error of 500 ( in dashbord & sitehome) The virtual server is not hosted I disabled all plugins that resolved the problem but did not make any use I use the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce I use the DirectAdmin control panel Thank you for helping me
Hi, I see you’ve had a few other comments before and we’ve fixed any problem on your site already. Are you buying new licences for each site you’re installing the plugin on? Because according to Envato rules you should
Can you email me the site login that you’re experiencing the issue on?
I have a problem with the subdomain on the main site. Should I buy it again?
I’m not sure but I think for each WordPress install, you’d need a new license. Can you check with Envato regulations or support? I’m not sure if they consider each install separate or each domain to cover subdomains. But technically, a new WordPress site (subdomain or not) is a separate entity I think.
Hello good time How can we use membership roles? I use the YITH WooCommerce Membership plugin I want a payment method specific to this user group, but in the plugin settings only the WordPress user role
sorry ?
Hi, I’ve noted this question. We currently support core WooCommerce and WordPress roles. But I’ve added it to our queue to add custom user roles (added by other plugins, the theme or the user via user role plugins) in a future update.

Very interesting bug there. Thank you for spotting it. We’ll fix it today and try to upload an update before Monday.
Hi, we’ve just found out that the woocommerce payment gateway hook has a problem with the menu edit screen. So we fixed it in our plugin now
In the next update, you should have it fixed. Thank you very much for the comment that warned us about it.
dont mention it, it was a duty Thank you for updating The problem was solved you are the best
