Hi, i just bought the plugin and install i follow the instructions in the PDF. But i can’t edit or delete entries in front-end

Please send me your admin details

Thanks for the reply! I sent all the data to the support a couple of days before writing the message

hi, I haven’t received an update, have you managed to check?

I just bought the plugin and did install + setup following the instructions in the PDF. Once I did finish all the steps the plugin did break-up my page and only shows the header of the list+edit of the field I did setup up to show in the list. Is there something I did miss?

Please send me your the details to login to your wordpress backend via the Support Site or the Author Profile

Hi there. This is a great plugin, thank you. I have three questions please:

1. I’m working with a large form (hundreds of fields) that people may not be able to complete at once. Despite a large number of required fields, I have the Gravity Forms Partial Entries Add-on installed so, even if someone doesn’t complete the form, a partial entry is saved/updated on certain events (e.g., clicking the Next button on a multi-page form). Sometimes people will want to edit an entry (using your plugin’s Edit feature) without completing all required fields. Do you know please if there’s a way to ‘un-require’ all mandatory fields when a person is editing an entry using your plugin?

2. Is there a way to allow admins to see all entries in the list and edit table, while also only allowing lower level users (subscribers) who have created entries to only see their entries and not anyone’s else entries?

3. This ‘question’ 3 is more a comment than a question. I note that, with GravityView, the Edit screen does not accommodate multi-step forms, i.e., with that plugin multi-step forms are converted to a single page edit screen. By contrast, with your plugin, the native Gravity Forms multi-step form progress is preserved. This is excellent. How did you manage that?

Thanks Richard

Sorry, with some testing, I now have a question 4:

4. I’m using your plugin with the Gravity Forms Partial Entries Add-on. I’ve noticed that, if you go and edit a partial entry using an your plugin, then while you’re editing it the Partial Entries Add-on will create a NEW partial entry, which results in multiple entries as iterations. This isn’t desirable. Is there any way you could make your plugin and the Partial Entries Add-on play nicely together please?

I will check the functions with the partial Plugin and get back to you.

Hi, It’s not completely clear if the plugin is supporting Conditional Logic? There are only a few very old questions about the topic. I have a problem with the free plugin Sticky List, so I need an upgraded version of a user-friendly way of front end edit previous posts. In case it won’t work, is a refund possible? Kind regards

Now I bought the plugin and even when I’m following your guide its not working. https://specialpress.de/gravity-edit/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/02/gravityforms_list-and-edit.pdf Did you do some updates in your plugin, that isn’t implemented in your guide?

No. But what is not working ?

Did you delete all of mu comments?

Password and user on demo not working

1) Can your plugin be used to submit and edit the featured image by a registered user? 2) Must the gravity form be on the single post page in order to work?

1 – No. 2 – Yes

Please respond to me inquiry or I will have to ask envato for a refund because you are not supporting the plugin

Please send this Infos to your Hoster. The /wp-admin/admin-Ajax.php is a documented part of the official wordpress Ajax API. This is Nothing Plugin related.

The DataTable is only a tool to Show your entries at a list. It’s included.

I tried checking out the demo you have on your website and it says the password is incorrect

is it possible to list all entries from all forms and not just one form?

Not with the plugin.

Hi, the change and edit button are not working.. using gravity forms Version 2.3.2

You added the right page as edit page at the settings ?

I had added the form page link in the settings

Are you going to update to support Gravity Forms 2.3+ ? Thanks

I think this already works with 2.3

Hi there. Is this plugin compatible with your GF Word Documents? I mean can you generate docs not in the submission but in the updating entry? Thank you

Sorry for my last Reply. No. This isn’t possible yet.

Can I use conditional logic to only display entries of a form on the page it was submitted from? I want to use one single form, that will be automatically displayed on a CPT and want the entries entered from that post to be displayed. Is this possible?

I think this is a question for the Gravity Forms Team.

Hi,

is it possible to limit the number of entry for each user??

for example: user A: can make max 5 records user b: can make max 10 records user C: can make max 15 records

Regards,

Not now but a nice idea for a future release

Is the signature addon supported?

i don’t know this plugin

pre sales question: is this full mobile responsive when editing an entries?

It’s the same as from Gravity Forms

your demo is not mobile responsive

than Gravity Forms isn’t mobile responsive

Enhancement: I would like to see the text changed from Addnew to Add New. Whenever I change this in the PHP code, I get a header error.

I see 2 PO files in the language folder. I changed the message ID’s from “AddNEW” to “Add New”. It didn’t make sense and didn’t make a difference.

I have this working now. I modified line 638 of gravityforms_datatables.class.php And changed “Addnew” to “Add New”.

It also works with creating a PO-File for our WP Language code (maybe en_US) and editing this file with POEDIT.

Hi! I also sent an email. I’m having issues with the edit & delete functionality. I created a page and emedded the following shortcode. Back in the form settings I have the gfedit point to this page. When selecting the change or delete buttons on the list, it just goes to a blank form. Is there something else that needs to be done?

[gravityform id=”1” title=”true” description=”false”]

I even created an edit page with the following shortcode, but can’t get the syntax correct, if this is even something I’m supposed to do. [gravityform id=”1” field_values=”surname=surname&county=county”]

The described error message is a general Wordpress error. My plugin doesn’t use any SQL statements.

Thank you! However, that doesn’t help answer my original question on this post. I’ve deactivated just about every plugin trying to figure out why the change & delete buttons are not working. Are there any known conflicts you’re aware of,or things I should be looking at?

Please send me your login details by email

is the date and time of each edit recorded?

No. Only the date of the last update
