Purchased this plug in a while . I just got around on installing it . It has some issues with my themes content slider. It does not allow my site to load up. Any fix for this ?

I tried to install the plugin on my site … everything works great on install and i had no error on this … But the pop-up still not working … I have deactivated all other plugins and it is the same thing … I think it is something so obvious simple but i can’t see … The site is http://www.audionews.ro ... The strange thing is that http://www.industria-muzicala.ro works with the same template and plugins and the smart-pop-up works beautiful … Could you tell me where to look at ?

Hi, amazing work, I have two questions:

1- I was trying to access “Content” and “Video tutorial” tabs through the administration but I could’t, it keep redirect me to the same tab “Frame settings” but little bit down.

2- Under ” Show pop-up only on:” I select ” None Page” and the pop-up still appear in all pages with or without clearing cache. I’m working on Localhost : 127.0.0.1

This plugin has not been working properly. Worked great on my test site after i got some things worked out, but on the real site, it doesn’t work at all. It pops up on every single page, it won’t pop up at all in dev mode, the darkened background doesn’t show up, any changes made to it won’t work. I’ve tried changing it from home page to all pages and vice versa and nothing. It still pops up when it shouldn’t or doesn’t pop up when it should. Changing the settings does not work. And tech support is slow. Until I can resolve this issue and get it working how it should, and how I know it does, this plugin is useless and a waste of money. Can anyone please help.

Ok, this may just be an issue with the browser, not sure. But I’ve created everything and got the pop up to work fine. I’ve checked it on 4 different computers 2 desktops(Mac/PC) and 2 laptops(Mac/PC) (and on several browsers) and it works great on all but one. On our PC desktop in Firefox it takes up more than the whole page. Is there a way to downsize it (or do I just do that in the plugin html code that I’ve added) or is it an issue with the browser? Thanks so much. And the plugin is great.

Hi Alexandra, I’ve recently purchased your plugin but it doesn’t seem to be working. http://www.psvisions.com. From looking at previous comments, others have deactivated their plugins and the your plugin would end up working. I’ve done the same thing, however the deactivating the plugins did not work for me and I’m still running in the issue.

Can you please help me because I truly believe that this will help my website tremendously?

I’ve been using the plugin for a while, it’s awesome and it helped me increase my FaceBook like by about 600%.

But it recently quit working. In developer mode it works but apparently it quit working in regular mode.

Can I make it so that if a non member, or free member on my site clicks a link that this pops up asking them to register.. But then if a paid member clicks then they get access?

I had issues trying to use this for the site I had intended it for and have had to go with another plugin as a result. Is there a chance of getting my credits refunded?

I’m sure it works well, but it wouldn’t work with the client site I needed it to work with.

i just bought this plugin the other day and I may have chosen the wrong type of plugin for my needs.

i am looking for a pop-up plugin for WP that I can use to display forms.

however, i only want to activate the pop-up based on the user’s click on a certain link – not just when a page gets loaded.

does this plugin acommodate this type of use?

Just a thought.

If you added another option, rather than on page load e.t.c, to allow popup to show by clicking a link and then added a dropdown to the wysiwyg editor that allowed you to selected from all the lightboxes that have been created, which insets the link, you would have a lightbox manager as well as an annoying popup creator.

I would certainly buy this plugin if you added that feature and made it a general lightbox manager as well

Just a thought as its not much work and it really increases this plugins scope.

Hi, need some help. for some reason your plug-in is shooting off my slider. I have a 3 slides and as soon as i turn pop-up for home page my slider is not working showing me first slid only. need help ASAP .
