Hi, interested in buying, but have a question. Read descriptions, but havent found this specifically.
I need an “evergreen” campain .. so that the timer starts for each visitor individually, for example 3 days timer. As I understand this is possible.
But, what I need is that it can also redirect each user (once the individual time has passed) to a different URL. I want the visitors that missed this timeframe sent to a different page. This is very important.
Can your plugin do that?

You’re correct, it is possible to set an individual timer for each visitor with our plugin. Unfortunately, the option of redirecting users who’ve missed the timeframe to a different page is not supported yet. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience!

Also, would it be an option for you to explain your use-case in greater detail? We’ve discussed your request with the development team, and we’re afraid that we don’t quite understand your case, as in case of an evergreen campaign the timer should always work, and a timeframe can’t be missed?

Hi, thank you for responding.
This is how it goes:
- I have a “sale” page visitors land on
- they are presented with a time limited opportunity for a reduced price. For example: 30% OFF for a period of 3 days.
- as they landed on that (sale) page, they got a cookie and as they visit the page later, time will be running out for them … (thus scarcity)
- after 3 days have passed, that same user will be immediately redirected to another page where there is no discount, but regular price. They missed the opportunity. Even if they try to visit the same url, they cant, because they are redirected to a new url.
- but if they use some other browser or computer .. they would again be able to see the “sale” page … but most people dont know that. So depends how you make the plugin. If it is based on IP, maybe even that can be made impossible.
This is the “evergreen” campaign I want to have running all the time. All first time visitors first get to this a “sale” page, the other page I have hidden and is used only for those who missed the sale price.
** In my opinion this is a vital feature of any scarcity plugin.
I´ve been using Scarcity Samurai, but they stopped supporting the product and it is no longer working, so I am looking for something else. I was not able to find any good plugins of this sort.

3 quick questions:
1. Can the timer countdown to a specific time on a specific date. For example, ending at 3pm on February 20th.
2. Can the timer be set to start at a specific time. For example, have it setup but hidden until a specific time on a specific date. Similar to scheduling a post.
3. Can the timer appear as a banner on every page of the site automatically, or does it require being added manually to each page where you want it to appear?

Also, you can install the banner to your website’s theme template to display on every page of the website, or you can install it on a specific page to display in just one place. Whatever is more convenient for you

Right now our plugin offers two types of countdowns – one is a one-time counter that counts time from one date to another, and the other is an individual counter that counts the time for each user who comes to your website.
Would it be an option for you to explain your use-case in more detail and let us know how exactly you need to use the timer? The more information you can provide – the better, as it will let us offer you the best possible solution.

does countdown tie in with woocommerce sales expire date for each product? This is biggest problem with most countdown timers … they need to show how much time is left on sales items!!!
