szthemes1@gmail.comthe problem is that if I click on the button the first time it works, if after I return to Home and try again to click on the other buttons or the same one. they don’t work, they only work the first time

How do I turn off the elastic effect in the Ken Burns carousel? I’ve tried commenting out the section for elastic effect in the css but it messes with the nice fade-in transition between the images.

Thanks for using our product. Please follow the instructions :
1 – Delete “ken_burns_effect_carousel_elastic” class.
2 – Add “slide” class.
3 – If you are using “Bootstrap version 4” then for fade effect use “carousel-fade” class with “slide” class.
4 – But if you are using “Bootstrap version 3” then only use “one_color_carousel_fade” class and don’t use “slide” class.
5 – Note use one CSS file from “mega_files” folder then it will work.
6 – But if you want to use only slide effect then use only “slide” class and in this case you can use single CSS file instead of “mega_files”.

thanks for a great product…..I am trying to find the correct css file – please help.
Desc: The carousel loads correctly and I have modified it – however it leaves a small ( scaleable) white space at the bottom of the index page ( and video pages).
Could you point me in the direction of the correct file to modify so only the bootstrap carousel and list item buttons show when loading the site in totality.

I’m disappointed to see that on any larger monitor the images are cropped at the bottom. This means that most of the images I’ve inserted into the full_width_slider appear mostly as THE SKY only. Now I’m facing an enormous amount of work to track down the CSS or JS that addresses this, and then I’ll probably spend days trying to make the slider truly responsive—as it was supposed to be in the first place.

szthemes53@gmail.comWell, if a monitor displays the slider at anything beyond roughly 960 pixels of width, compensation is made in either the CSS or the scripts by enlarging the image and proportionally hiding the bottom. This seems to preserve the container height—which is probably a good thing. Thus a photo of a person sitting in a room becomes a photo of just the top of his head, and the walls and ceiling. This problem also destroys the animated captions, for those who choose to use them, since they are likewise obscured at the bottom, disappearing more and more as the viewport increases in width.
Surely there is a way to amend the javascript, whether Bootstrap’s or your own, that eliminates this problem by cropping the top, not the bottom, as images become wider on desktop computers.

You can change the height of slider by changing the value of max-height :
.full_width_carousel_wrapper { max-height: 650px; }
You can find the above code on line number 34 in full_width_carousel.css file.

We need to amend the script so that at greater widths, slider images are cropped at the top, not the bottom.

Unfortunately it is not possible with this carousel. Because we have not such a JavaScript code that makes the carousel width or height responsive automatically by cropping images at top or bottom.
