I must confess that your support isn’t actually a support no one replies to emails, no one even finds out if an email has been sent, how can i be battling a bug for over 3 days with 6 months of support and I’m yet to get 1, if i wanted to get a year support, or ask for upgrade on your app, is this how you are gonna frustrate me more??? I’m really disappointed and if you knw you can’t assist me in fixing the current bug can i ask for a refund please, thanks

ever since yesterday i purchased this software and installed it successfully on my cpanel i have not been able to login to my admin panel constantly get this error message”HTTP ERROR 500 this page isn’t working” and your support team has not responded ever since i sent them mails about this please help me or kindly refund me back thanks

Shopy Application last update date is 13 September 18 please check on Codecanyon. That date we send you an email where we show you how to fixed Database bug. Another issue you host your application at your local machine, there our support team is unable to support you. we request you host at your live server to fixed your issue.
