Works out of the box. Just let android studio update gradle, put correct sdk location, everything is fine. I’m a react native developer who needed this as starter kit, have limited time (4 days) to provide a short demo to my boss and as promised, I already integrated into my app. Thanks to seller (note I have no relation to seller) 
Let me also add that the developer wrote the code in good order and structure. He also made sure that buyer understands what is going on, thus you will fund // Comments a lot.

no problem, I suggest you to update packages to latest version, I know it is very hard to be up to date with versions but major changes happened in december with google services etc… Just get bump version numbers accordingly in project and app gradles. This also prevents possbile conflict with your coming up customers
