Hi,
I have integrated PayU plugin. It’s working well till payment. It takes me to the payment gateway, I am able to pay also successfully and the same amount reflects in PayU dashboard also.
But, as soon as the payment is successful, it doesn’t show thank you message in bookly and no appointment is created. It just takes money without creating an appointment.
When I do with ‘pay locally’ it works well, then an appointment is created.

Hi, Does this PayUBiz addon also support PayUMoney transactions in India? I am asking because PayU has 2 products in India – PayUBiz and PayUMoney. While PayUBiz is focused only on few Enterprise customers, PayUIndia caters to the majority of small and medium businesses.
If PayUMoney is not supported by this add on yet, can you include this functionality in the plugin. It shouldn’t be much additional work, I believe.
Hello. In the PayUbiz feature list it is stated that PayUmoney is supported, however we’re not able to guarantee it yet. We contacted their support team with this question and, unfortunately, haven’t received any reply yet. Once we have any news, we’ll let you know.
Please add support for PayUmoney as it is widely used in India.
Payubiz has very high setup and AMC fees. So it’s not suitable for medium sized businesses.

Hi I have a question regarding TAX.
The price of my services is $160.000 Pesos (Flat price).
When i do the process and then i go the gateway of PayU to pay for the services.. it looks there is TAX include it. How i remove that tax and make it flat?
“Total compra $134,454.00 IVA $25,546.00 Total a pagar $160,000.00”

I am duplicating my answer here as well: “I am not sure whether I understand the issue. Though, please, go to Bookly > Settings > Payments > check the price correction setting that is set for each payment method individually. If you have Taxes add-on, then, please, go to Bookly > Settings > Taxes > set Include or Exclude taxes setting.”

Then i have filled all the test card details provided to me. Afte it takes to the next step, and an error is displayed.
The error is – Bank failed to authenticate the customer
