I don’t fully understand your case. If you want switch from PrettyPhoto to Maika, you need create shortcode on Maika and select layout, skin same as PrettyPhoto’s layout.
If you want move PrettyPhoto’s setting to Maika’s setting, it is impossible. You need switch manual

Ok, I am implementing your plugin as a replacement for the Photomosaic plugin…with that plugin, in order to trigger a single image with a lightbox, I would add mfp-image to the Image CSS Class. When I add one of your galleries to a blog post that has single images, it kills the pop-up now….not site-wide, only on a blog post that I have put one of your galleries. Is there an alternative img class I can use so the image pops to your lightbox? I really don’t want to have to create a shortcode for every single image in a blog post. – Here is a blog post where is does not work (with one of your galleries at the bottom) https://www.robertbaker.photography/zion-glamporama/ and here is a blog post where I have not added one of your galleries but it still works – https://www.robertbaker.photography/2018-cupsogue-yeauhh/ This looks like a really great plugin with some nice options.

Has your plugin been tested with WP 5.0? A bunch of us are scrambling to figure out a solution to PhotoMosaic no longer working with 5.0…..a major pain to switch plugins…..It looks like I can create a gallery that creates a justified grid regardless of the image sizes…correct? When I do my blog posts, I drop in a gallery at the end like this: https://www.robertbaker.photography/zion-glamporama/ Go to the bottom of the post and verify if you plugin can do something similar please.

Hello Kenus, thanks for your quick help yesterday. I’ve seen what you’ve done including the new version of the plugin. I can label the categories now, but the plugin doesn’t allow further changes (see the two screenshots in the mail to you from just now). There you can see that editing the single photo is not possible (if I click on the icon nothing happens). And the other tabs all remain gray. I’d be happy if you had a quick solution for that, too. Hello Kenus, thank you for your feedback. Editing the photos works now, but the other tabs, like on your screenshots, are still grayed out or disabled and therefore not configurable for me. I tried this with Firefox and Chrome. I have left your account active so that you can have a look at it again. I can’t tell myself whether I’m misunderstanding or doing something wrong. Again as a supplementary explanation:
With the first two layouts (Grid Layout, Masonry Layout) all tabs remain active, as soon as I select the third layout (Before After) and all tabs afterwards, the tabs are deactivated.

I understand your trouble. Depend layout what you choice the tabs will be active or deactive. Example: if you select ‘Before After’ layout then it don’t need ‘Gallery’, ’ Filter & Sort’ tab because with this layout it only need 2 image (image for before status and image for after status)
With ‘Album Preview’ it only active ‘Gallery’ tab what allow you create album and select image for album. It don’t need filter or paging or skin

I checked “Show thumbnail at default in popup gallery” in Layout panel, however the thumbmail navigation under the popup page will show all categories images, how can i change it to only display current sub category’s images, e.g. I created “Event 2017” sub category under the root Category, when i click one of the Event picture, the thumbmail navigation only show all pictures from “Event 2017” not all pictures from all categories. my client complained “Event 2017” will show pictures from “Event 2018” ... so please help and Thanks alot again!

Thanks again and here are two more questions: 1. How can I hide the root category and show category start from first subcategory? Because your decision Process also worked on subcategories, for example, I have 10 pictures belong to 3 different category, it works very well！ But if these 10 pictures also belong to the fourth category named 2018, all pictures will NOT show on former 3 categories, they will only show on All Root category and fourth category. So I need hide Root category and upload same pictures twice.
2. I just found some sort order bugs when create category, for example, I created 5 sub categories under the root category and named them from 1 to 5, and created 5 sub categories under the fifth sub category again, like this Category > 1, 2, 3, 4, 5>>1, 2, 3, 4, 5 After publish, the order always change to Category > 5, 2, 3, 4, 1… Can you help to fix it?

With this plugin, can I have a title first, and when you mouseover you see the video and/or image? And, for videos, can I define an image as the “cover” and then the video is played when clicked. And, I’m assuming that I can have it act as a lightbox (loading videos or images one at a time) and not require that all videos are part of a gallery or series of videos?
