I can not believe how bad technical assistance is with you. I have invested over 400 dollars with you and it seems that they do not care about the service. I have 2 problems 1. why when I want to show in the calendar the availability of quantity per hour is shown this way 2:00 pm null [4:00 pm null] when it should look like this 2:00 pm 1/2 [4:00 pm 0/2]

Regarding the reported problem, May I know if your plugin and add ons are already updated to the most recent version? If not, I highly recommend for you to update to the latest version following this order:
1) Bookly plugin 2) Bookly PRO 3) Then the rest of the add-ons
The latest update was released to fix all known bugs or reported issue and this should help fixing yours.

If you want to calculate the total worked hours for staff members, you will need to access the appointments menu, and use the filters to display only the appointments for one staff member and for specific period of time, then you can export this file and calculate the total hours.

1. Can staff member create a service on the front end?
2. If staff member cannot create service from frontend, then can they edit their own (already admin created) service? Adding time, paddig, breaks etc?
3. Or is it only possible for staff member to change the price of a service they have been assigned to, set up special hours or special days, but nothing more?
4. How do staff members achieve the following: syncronize each and every staff member’s google calendar so that dookings would automatically push the appointment to their own respective calendar. Do I have to give them access to WP admin? If so, what will they see and what can they do there? So sad, there is no proper documentation of the process, or at least I did not find one on your site.
So I’m not interested in seeing what staff members can change after the services and all have been set up. I would like to know the process of creating services by staff member and syncing with google calendar. Best regards Aron

1.) The ability for staff members to create a new service on the front end is a feature that hasn’t been implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. That’s why we’ve created a Feature Request forum: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200189331-Feature-Requests.
The forum is where we track requests for new capabilities, and our product development depends directly on the number of votes each request receives. That’s why we encourage you to record and vote for your request on the link above.
2. & 3.) Staff Cabinet Add-on allows a staff member to have the capability to manage their own calendar, view and update details, manage services, prices, schedule, days off and special days, as well as export their calendar information into a CSV file.
4.) WP user needs to be created then connected to the corresponding staff member as it’s merely possible to enter the Staff Cabinet with the WP credentials only. The Google Calendar synchronization is just the usual connection in Staff Member section. Staff members won’t be able to see the Bookly plugin at all unless they are given administrative rights.

Hi – love the plugin so far but…
Staff cabinet:
Calendar view -> edit appointment -> payment: Error, can’t open popup window. (worked a few times after updating all addons to bookly pro 1.1) Have tried to clear browser cache, wordpress cache and incognito mode – same error
Works in admin dashboard -> bookly -> appointments -> click payment

How can I make bookly cabinet staff page to look exactly like in your demo. I mean then I add shortcuts sections like calendar, staff details and etc. appears one after another, not in the tabs like in your demo.
