I think there is it, but you can’t see it because, basing myself on the screenshot you sent me, you cant see file extensions and by default, if you don’t have Java installed, winrar tries to open the .jar file as a zipped folder.

Please, follow my advice and install Java from http://www.java.com/es/download/

There is no installer, it’s a stand-alone application, simply double click on the ImageResizer.jar file. Remember to set up your java 6 runtime first!

Yes, you can select multiple images at once. Also you can select an entire folder.
