Hi, I’m interested in buying your plugin. Does it have this feature: When events are added to Google Calendar, time slots that cover those events ‘length’ are automatically blocked in the staff calendar?
If you connect staff GMAIL id as mentioned in help file than it is possible when appointment is booked through plugin, staff can see the booking in google calendar.
that’s great. before I buy, could you please confirm that it can do 2-way sync with google calendar? that means when a time slot is booked through google calendar, that time shows unavailable in the plugin and customer cannot book it?

which plugin you want to go with for Popup?. Also from google calendar we can’t confirm/close booking..

Can it work like this: if a time slot is already booked/unavailable in my google calendar, that time slot shows unavailable in appointment buddy calendar and customer cannot book it?
my goal is for appointment buddy to detect when i’m busy in google calendar and block that time in the plugin calendar so a customer will not see it.

Hello! Is it possible to “hide” the payments field? I have similar question as vayawebs up there, that’s why I am aware that you can’t remove the “payment” feature, but is it possible to hide it and that it won’t be a “required” field? I’m just thinking of an alternative workaround for that problem, or is it a required field?

we have uploaded new changes. For other language you can copy paste UNICODE font in fields shown from google translator service. You can also disable payment option via disabling 3 payment modes from settings.
why i can’t add language in Keyboard ? i have to copy word to paste do two process. and filed about price is i require filed if i want empty this filed how to setting ?
we do not have that facility to create unicode based text input in a language you select. But if you wish we can create a special plugin for you

Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, current version do not support time based validity so “5 hours FOR 30 DAYS” is not supported but if you needed we can build something which is according to your requirements.

Hello, If a customer chooses a service that lasts 25 minutes (for example) how does the software block 25 minutes in the planning? Thank you
For example if you have services like spa where one employee can provide service to one customer having period of 25 mins.
You can do following configuration:
1. Create 25 mins of slot for whole day like – Slot 1 – 11:00AM to 11:25 AM – Slot 2 – 11:30AM to 11:55 AM and so on.. 2. Maximum customer allowed needs to be set as 1 3. Assign slots as per availability of staff and service

The plugin is incompatible with PHP 5.4.4 due to usage of “empty” with function return values. This results in fatal errors “Can’t use function return value in write context”. There is an easy fix for this: Change lines that are like “empty(trim($variable))” to ”!trim($variable)” or ”$check = trim($variable); if(empty($check))”.

We have tried to find an alternate solution but due to security reasons we cannot omit empty function. We have mentioned in our document that we will support PHP version 5.6 or greater. If you are using cpanel you can easily upgrade your PHP version.

I am very pleased with most of the functions and it works well for out physiotherapy clinic internal system (gives overview for therapist and manager can print out – that is very very important and other plugins and paid services does not have it – simple and clear list of therapies of patient – those provided and those to be provided). While that was most important function, I have few notes about possible improvements which are not too complicated:
- adding possibility to turn off the email notifications
- adding more fields for client / better client management system – now new can be created only by stating in the appointment that it will be new client. I do not think we need to many fields, but if it would be possible to add mainly attachments/files or longer Note field, that would help with connecting it with patient’s report
- I understand the Time slots, but isnt it better to just set the openin hours and then set for each service time of service?
- do you think of additional function for appointment which is repeating appointment? For example our clients are staying for few weeks and some therapy types have every day. Now manager will have to add each day separately.

Multiple services are not supported right now as we need to deduct amount of service booked from each time slot…

I would like to have SGD. Also, I am unable to run away from sandbox paypal. Whenever I put book now, it goes to sandbox and not the live paypal. I have set the settings to ‘No’ for testing under paypal.

1. In appointment buddy, Google calendar sync is available with the calendar of the staff or person working in your team and not for customer calendar.
2. In appointment buddy, we provide different time slots as per your choice and the fixed one. You can also add maximum no. of appointments you want to book in that particular slot like 1 or 2 or as many as you want. Till the max limit of appointment get fill, it will allow to book appointment. After reaching slot’s max limit, it will not be visible to customer from your time slot list.
