There is no specific option to do that currently, sorry. It is possible to place two checkbox under each image, but not on the side .

You simply need to set the step option “Items per row” to 1 to do that . You can also set it to “0”, then use separators items to create the line breaks where you want (to show the 2 checkbox as columns under the image for example) .

If the total contains a single cost + a subscription cost, the discount will be applied to the single cost only, but if the total contains only a subscription cost, it will be applied to it.

From the calendar panel, you can choose to disable automatically some specific days of the week, or some specific hours of each day, but currently there is no option to automatically disable some hours of specific days of the week , it would require to directly create events in the calendar to disable them.

I’ve noticed this plugin is conflicting with the Booked appointment plugin. It’s affecting the timezone of the Booked plugin (which normally takes its timezone from Wordpress core). 1. There is no specific tutorial on this point, but there is a demo form that shows how to use it (in the main zip file of the plugin) . You simply need to create a Layered image then configure the different wanted layouts and their visibility conditions from the item panel .
2. You simply need to create a checkbox then a button item and set their layout to “Column” to do that. Then you place a separator item to create a line break (or simply set the step option “Items per row” to 2) .

When the survey ends, it will display a list of service providers that are compatible with those criterias.
Is your plugin capable of linking the form result to the service providers who can register in the backend( wordpress users) ? Can they create form criterias in order to only receive quote requests that are compatible with their offering ?

It is possible to create a such form that shows different results based on the values filled by the user (for example, you can add rich texts items on the last step to show different custom texts/html contents depending on the wanted conditions) , but there is no specific system to allow some wp users to define themselves the criterias to receive the quote requests of a same form, sorry .

Yes it is! A redirect to a specific step with menu (dropdown or other menu). In the documentation not is explained how to do it.
It works exactly like the other items : once the dropdown created, edit the link that go from the current step to the next target ones and fill the wanted conditions onside (if the selected dropdown value is …) .

To do that, you will need to customize the file assets/js/lfb_form.js (near line 553) then compress the code and paste it in the file assets/js/lfb_form.min.js (the one used by the plugin) .

hi there, I think there was some kind of update with tokenization on stripe api. All was working fine but now when I check stripe account request it returns code below. After that it does not process payment because its says its unsafe. It goes over ssl.
Any ideas what to look for, please?

I only have a problem now that old messages can’t be read, although I can see them in the database but I think they are encrypted. Hi I have this plugin and my support literally just recently expired.. Is there a way to show multiple price options? For example I have a cleaning company and want to show the prices for different options (ie how much for cleaning inside, and how much for cleaning inside and outside) on the same step using custom calculations. Simply use the button “Get the value of a field” on a rich text item to show the price/quantity/value of any item of the form in your custom text .
How do I adjust the positioning of the Rich Text? I want to have two side by side just like you can have two buttons next to each other when it’s set at two items per line.

Where do I find that option? I see it in other items but not the rich text items. On the rich text the only options I see are Name, Type, Is Hidden?, Show Depending on Conditions?, and Hide Quantity in Summary?
What is the used version of the plugin ? You probably need to upgrade it, this option was added to the rich text items in a recent version .
