Hello i like your plugin, and i have tested it (the free version) but there are some small css issues like:
1) When i activate the plugin, then the Text in the Menu became underlines
2) I think the z-index is the problem, because when the popup is open, then it appears behind the text, like ghost popup 
, something like that
I would use this plugin if you will fix that, if possible of course. Thank you

Guys, i need 2 functionalities in the plugin.
1. I need that there should be a button so that i can tick that button to make the form hide on mobile devices.
2. There should be an option to give top padding and bottom padding. Currently, i have to do the custom css. But this option should be in the plugin.
3. If possible, Then the form should appear after 5 seconds or if someone scroll the screen. I mean the form should not be visible for 5 seconds or the form should not show until someone scroll the screen. This option is really cool and it will attract many customers.
Brother, option 1 and option 2 is needed. Option 3 is not needed.
