okay may i ask the followings: 1. about the api’s, are they included or we should install the passport and then modify the routes for it? 2. at the main home page a guest can submit a ticket while should be restricted to registered users… does this script contains the option to force registration or we should force it by middleware? 3. this leads me again to the roles and permissions!!! does it have roles levels and permissions related or we should create models for each and join them??

There is no user account system on this ticket system. Guest tickets are only supported.
thank you! let me clarify this…. on your system you have only Admin role and clients(guests) so there will be no API’s to be requested from mobile! is that correct my friend?

Interested in this script. The demo may be limited to what we will see. I do not know how to view past tickets or tickets that are closed. Also I did some tests but the email used to submit ticket was not getting a response? If I respond to a ticket will user get a response email with link to ticket? Thank you
Yes. There is email notification for ticket reply and on manage tickets, you will be able to see closed tickets.
Is it easily white labeled?
Yes. There is no back links to devzstudio website.

Yes. you can translate easily by updating template files. New fields are not supported now. I have reset the demo. Try now.

Great work! GLWS!.. Also.. quick suggestion.. you should add some kind of auth to ticket creation, e.g when viewing tickets? as anyone can see or close the ticket if they have the ID? ..

Hi, I am interested in your script. But how does Slack Integration Work? I could not find any link or connection in the demo, except for in the setting that had a hook?
You need to create a Webhook URL from slack and add that on admin panel. When a new ticket is opened or reply made, you will get notification via slack.
