Hi, in online exam there are some issues. for example ,1) if i create an online exam for particular class it is accessible by all the student in another classes also !. 2) obtained mark is showing but total mark and total percentage is not showing !. 3) if a student is obtained pass mark for the online exam his result is showing as Failed.. these are bugs and please do the needful to fix it…

Please can a parent/students have a “Pay All Fees” option whereby they can pay all fees/invoice at once. Parents complain about them not able to pay the total invoice at once and they have to pay extra charges on each separate payment or transaction they perform.

It’seems been a looong time since we requsted for your team to add applicant’s enrollment module so that new joinees students or parents can apply directly online via the frontend. There have been series of updates and yet we still don’t have it… Secondly when are you adding the leave module?
on the upcoming version we will try to add the leave module, and not all your request was accepted to included. if you need this feature badly then you could have customize it. by the way we are going to add front-end admission feature

Before purchase we send some requirement for media section like need to add video and video link like youtube, your team promise me we ll do it after u purchase. But after purchase we send request on support but not receive solution. Also some bugs on student, section etc area still now received update. please give me solution.

team, I dont know even after paying why are you not providing support. I raised 1st ticket on 12th june which is one month a go. another ticket on 18th june for same issue was raised. 3rd one raised today. its been a month from the first ticket raised you have still not replied to my ticket. whats going on? can I expect a reply to my tickets?

I’m surprised of what you are saying that you’ve checked and did not find any issue. The simple explanation is, in your demo there are three students in class one, section A, first semester exam. When you compare their terminal reports, every student is 1st in class and 1st in each subject which doesn’t make sense at all.
Literally, it means that all students are ranked 1st in a class despite the disparity in their marks. The same goes for subject wise ranking. How can every student occupy 1st position in every subject in the same class? I’m amazed that no one in this forum has seen this bug.
This is serious so please fix it and update the file for us to download.

I want to have atendence module connected to biometric machine. is it possible to connect it so that we wont have to do manual updating of attendance? If yes do you have any name or brand of biometric machine you can recommend to purchase in other for me to purchase for the customization?

On the terminal report, subject position for all subject is 1st for all students in that class and its the same for position in class for every student irrespective of their total marks. This is illogical because their marks are not the same. For example you can preview a terminal report for Ranbeer Singh, section A, First Semister exam, class one. After that just compare the report with other students in the same class like Abu Musa and Shahrukh Khan by paying attention to position in subject and position in class. This is an error

Hi when im try to install the page cant find the install folder , and i didn’t have and folder on my download folder with name install so the browser give me error 404: Page Not Found
This page does not exist
the script will never show that the page is does not exist, cause the install will happen from the controller..
