It seem your Joomla users do not have custom fields, please create that table “fields” in your database.

Hello, I have just bought your plugin, wanted to migrate Joomla users to WordPress, but the plugin doesn’t do anything… I can install it in Joomla and see the extra fields in the user section but no users will migrate to wp.

We did not have the time to wait for the support team as we had to migrate the users this weekend and we had to remove our Joomla site in time for our launch. We had the same issue as tripflex had over 4 months ago and your response was “for some reason it not working on your site, this is normal, I need consider it and will fix for you.” If it is normal, then why are you claiming your plugin works on a Joomla 2.5 site?
If it was fixed, then why was your plugin not updated? If it wasn’t then a refund should be easily given since we had the same exact problem. I am not trying to rip you off in any way. I can easily show the receipt for the plugin we ended up using that did work since yours did not. We are a non-profit organization that saves dogs and every little bit of money helps, but we would never try to take advantage of someone for $15.

Almost every developer knows that the plugin may have conflicts with the site and it does not work, so existed support team. There are a lot of customers installed plugin without problem, and there some customers have problems, we always fix for them.
Our policy is can not refund because avoid cases buy the plugin then demanded a refund, because they already have plugin file, they fabricate some reasons.
I hope you are not this kind of person, now you can request a refund, I will confirm.
