2. we are able to create an order using stock report which takes it into PO. However, its asking for prices. We already have the prices setup in the products area of woocommerce.
3. we creating a new PO, can the system use the last purchase price?
4. when a new PO is created, can the prices be taken from our cost price?
5. when creating a new purchase order from PO, we find it difficult adding products. the spinner keeps spinning and no product shown.

We already have the prices setup in the products area of woocommerce. >> WooPo doesn’t take price which you have set in WooCommerce product area as this is purchase order module where there can be multiple vendors with different prices. We can’t show 1 specific cost for all vendors. For EX: If Vendor A gives Product1 for $50 and Vendor B is providing same Product1 for $30.

how do i tackle incoming goods with mixed expiry dates, lots and batch number for tracking purposes?

Plugin is very slow and the whole website gets very slow while the plugin is being used. I can send you a video

When entering a PO, you put in the item, then the quantity, then you have to put in the individual item price. All supplier invoices have the case price, so it means sitting here with a calculator.

Hello, Great job on the first Purchase Order system I have ever seen that runs on the Woocommerce platform. I am about to send my first PO to Japanese Vendor. I need to add my vote for ability to submit PO in Vendor currency. I would be good with something as simple as adding a custom Vendor field – Vendor Currency (i.e., JPY) and use this on the PDF/eMail PO instead of defaulting to WP default currency ($ – USD). No translations or conversions required. I perform my accounting outside of WooCommerce, and do not really need currency conversion, just transaction to appear in vendor currency. Thank-you for your consideration.

1. Yes, we can show vendor list menu in WooPO

Presently plugin is displaying currency based on “Currency” option set in WooCommerce “Currency options” setting. If require we can customize our plugin with additional customization cost and add different currency.

I have installed on my site through the Plugin Installer. I received the Installed Successfully message but when going to Network Activate, i receive the error message: “Please activate WooCommerce.” This is a fault as it is activated and currently in use all over the site. Please can you assist as soon as possible?
Plugin is not compatible with multi-site network setup. It will only work with WordPress Single setup.

Purchase orders not working. There is no vendor list or ‘View’ button. Also if I add a vendor it says it already exists. Also at the bottom there is only save and close buttons

Does it use Ajax functionality to retrieve products and other details? For sites with over 3000 products, this is required.
Suggestion: 1. at the stock report SKU field, can input multiple SKU for searching 2. Can set low stock alert level and sort all low stock item at once to add to PO

This report will help you plan your stock orders, this will calculate average sales for a given period and will check the present stock position and will let you how many days your present stock will last so that you can plan when you will need to place purchase order for same.
Problem found at the stock report The PO QTY at stock report shows the total QTY of all PO included the PO completed
Yes, curr. stock qty field is showing received product qty, PO qty is showing total PO products qty including completed + pending, Bal. Po qty. field is showing pending PO qty which is not yet received.
at Purchase report, only show 5 rows records per page, no screen option, can I set the number or rows to show per page? thanks
No, Presently you can’t set the number or rows to show per page. We will provide you updated files for you as early as possible.
Suggestion Add revise function to PO (not edit), revise to be a new PO record copy from original, may add suffix, like R1, R2 etc… sometime vendor may not have enought stock for order or another reason and we may have to revise the PO

Suggestion 1. When adding PO after added products and saved, better to have export PDF and Email button, rather than now have to close and get back to the PO again
2. When click to email PO, it better to have PO number add the email subject
3. When inputting PO item, now only can search by product name, better can search by SKU
4. When adding PO items, better can click on the price at pricing history and then input to the price field of PO item

4. I mean that direct click on the price of product pricing history and then auto input selected price to price field of PO item
Another problem when I try to add PO items, and click bulk product, the result only show product name without variable for all variable products, which cannot identify by product name

no, I have disabled all plugin and only active WooPO and WooCommerce, the variation still cannot be shown when bulk adding product in purchase order, variable product which share same product title but with different variations
