Hi,
I can’t validate my purchase code in your support page, so I can’t post a support ticket. I wanted to report a bug in your plugin that is even present in your demo page. Just click on the main product image (the bike) to open it in the lightbox, than close the lightbox and you will see the image won’t disappear as it should.
This bug is present even on my website after installing your plugin.
I would also like to open a support ticket for another request, please let me know when the issue with validating the purchase code is fixed.

Usually even if you have multiple variations like a T-Shirt has size and color, only when you change the color you will have a new image since the size has the same image.

Correct but in a case where you have for example a car attribute and then type of car you get two different attributes and images. For example the first attribute you select Ford or Toyota and then the second attribute you select left drive /right drive.

Plugin is not working with Porto, Support is not working and cannot login with Envato account, it gives me an error.
What should i do ? I need this plugin urgently i have a deadline with a client and i need to submit the project, and multi variation images is mandatory option

First thing: please enable the theme fix in the plugin tab and check if this solves your situation.
Second thing: if Envato login is not working, please register by using your email account, on the support platform. It is really quick.

Glad to hear that is working now! I don’t think that will work since we are using remote images so the images are not actually on your server.

I cant even install this plugin. If i try do it through wordpress it says something about plugin.ini exceeding size, and if i try extract the zip through ftp nothing ever extracts. something weird is going on, all other plugins install/extract perfectly.

I was trying to say that your “Live Preview” site was down with database errors, but then it came back online so I looked at the product and bought it.
Yes, we moved the servers and it was offline for a few minutes.
does your plugin work with Kalium theme? If I use your plugin, does it disable the current Kalium gallery and use yours instead? How does this work?

Hi, I had (stupidly) assumed this was an automated process – at time of import or post import. Reading the instructions and checking the settings appears that is done manually one product at a time and supplying own images. Given my thousands of variable products not a useful thing. If I am wrong, please advise.
