Hi! Cocoon.io is no longer functional sadly. But I think Phonegap is stille there, it can help you to pack it as a native app.

As for the translations. The questions themselves are located in the json files, so they can be translated easily. If you wish to translate the game’s UI you’ll have to modify game sprites. Not super easy but certainly doable.

At the time of publishing this game there was a service called cocoon.io, that provided an easy way to create a native ios/android app. Unfortunately it was closed recently.

Unfortunately Phaser 3 is completely different from Phaser 2, so It’s not possible to migrate the code to Phaser 3. The only way is to write everything from scratch unfortunately.
