Hi – bought and using jcountdown – works great.
But in iframe, it does appear, although the HTML gets inserted from the function.
var $iframe = jQuery(’#funnel_iframe’).contents(); // the iframe contents var v = ‘2018/12/31 23:59:59’; var style = ‘flip’; var color = ‘black’; var w = 0;
// following is the target element $iframe.find(’.tmp_countdown’).jCountdown({ timeText:v, timeZone:1, style:style, color:color, width:w, textGroupSpace:15, textSpace:0, reflection:false, reflectionOpacity:10, reflectionBlur:0, dayTextNumber:2, displayDay:true, displayHour:true, displayMinute:true, displaySecond:true, displayLabel:true });
Content after above is as follows, so function above is firing (apologies for no line breaks):
Sorry, line breaks disappeared after posting the above.
Ok – solved, and obvious now. So here for others as blindingly obvious when the penny dropped!!! The JS/CSS has to be loaded in the iframe source, not the parent page. Dur
cool

This plugin will not install via wordpress upload on my admin dashboard or through ssh filezilla. It says no valid plugin found.
Might need a refund if I can’t figure out how to trouble shoot this.

Hello. Your product looks awesome.
I was wondering if your product does what I need. I want to have a countdown, that when it ends, it shows a secret code. While it is running the clock, I wanted to show some advertisement on the box.
Is it possible?
How hard it would be to change the code and end dates to repeat the promotion after some days?
Thanks.
Hi,
you can execute your own javascripts scripts to display/hide some html content on it ends by simple javascripts scripts, and you can also create a new countdown to a new date, just make sure you need to provide it a date time string like this to create a countdown
//the date time string format is YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS var firstDateTime = "2018/12/01 06:00:00"; var secondDateTime = "2018/12/01 12:00:00";
HI I purchased the wrong version. I needed the Wordpress version. Can I get a refund?
Hi, if you purchased the wordpress version too, you can contact me here https://codecanyon.net/user/ufoufoufo I can try to help you
Hello,
I tru to use your script, but there is a conflict with jQuery 3.2.1. So I add jQuery Migrate 1.2.1, the countdown appear but no animation. I copy paste your code, but nothinh seems to work.
An idea ?
Thanks
Thomas
Hi,
I checked it on my browser, and it works fine with jQuery 3.2.1 and jQuery Migrate 1.4.1
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.min.js"></script> <script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-1.4.1.min.js"></script>
maybe you can send me your site URL here https://codecanyon.net/user/ufoufoufo, so I can check it on my browser?
Hey ufoufoufo,
I just purchased this plug-in and it doesn’t seem to work with the version of jQuery I’m using (v3.2.1). I’ve looked through the comments and there’s some mention of using the migrate js files from jQuery. I tried including the latest one (3.0.1) but still nothing.
Should I be using a different migrate plug-in?
Gazoo
Hi. I purchased the jCountdown Mega Package by mistake as I needed the Wordpress version which I have now also downloaded. Please would you refund this purchase as I only need the Wordpress one. Thank you. I can give you the purchase code.
hi, please click the refund button on your panel, and also send me your order ID, so I can try to help you
Where is the refund button on my panel and do you have an email address I can send you the purchase code on? Surely I shouldn’t post it here?
Hi, you can request refund here https://codecanyon.net/refund_requests/new
How do I install the counter? Thanks.
please login with the account that you purchased this file to get support thanks, and please read the help file
I have not purchased it yet. I want to know that I can install it properly before I purchase. Can you at least send me install directions that I can review to see if it is something I can do, or our I.T. Dept has to do? I know, it’s only $7 dollar risk, but finance dept doesn’t care.
Hi, jCountdown just like any wordpress plugin, all you need is include the javascript file in your html source code to install it, so if you had installed any like of plugin before, I think it’s very easy for you
