Hello, further to comment above, you sent us the updated version but half of the functions still don’t work, so we have no idea how this module have 5 stars..

Right to be anonymous doesn’t work, Edit my informations doesn’t do anything, marketing settings doesn’t do anything, cookie bar in updated version doesn’t work, half of the buttons in the my account gdpr page just go to a text page with a bit of text which is already shown in the main gdpr page.

Please let us and everyone know when these features will be added.

Hi, we’ve tried to contact you two times by Item Support. No luck. Let’s try for the third time: we need the updated version with the cookie consent bar and the GDPR consent UNCHECKED by default. More than that, if you choose (i.e.) “Anonymize data” the module does absolutely nothing: there’s no option for clients, no warning for us, nothing.

Please, help us or we will request a refund. Thanks in advance.

It is not translated. You can translate the instruction texts but you cannot translate anything else, button texts, or “gdpr agreement” text on the registration page.

It is a priori imposible to send emails to customers already registered to confirm that they wish to continue to receive newsletters. The function is not present and it lacks many more, not to mention the problems of translations, and many installations and uninstallation done. I already bought your module as I saw in the previous emails that this feature was included but I did not find anything about it and that’s why I bought your module. Except this is not included nor supported at present, I would like my money. Please inform about this as soon as possible

I have a problem. The icons are not displayed

hello, first of all congratulations for your form, it seems very well done. We have 3 problems to solve:

- the cookie bar and the acceptance flag are not included in the contact and newsletter pages; - icons are missing … icons are only available in: “Right to be anonymous” and “Right to have information corrected”; - the menu of functions for the customer, is preset with the left and right column active … but in this way the result is really bad because the contents are enclosed in a very small space.

We hope for your immediate help, we have been reduced to the last minute to adapt to the new policy and we must resolve urgently.
