Hi! i’m still waiting for a response (ticket number: 2398962) I have also noticed on a other site that your plugin wont block google analytics when inserted with ” All in One SEO ” plugin. And when inserted manually in my template header.php every page visit on the site is now registered as a new user in google analytics. For example If I visit Home, Blog, Contact google analytics counts every visit as a new user and not as one user. Is this normal?

You have a bug. Upon FIRST visit to website. If user click on “cog” Privacy setting box appears. In Admin Essential is selected. User sees Advertising as checked but only essential cookies listed in “This website will” section. If user then “checks” essential and then “checks” advertising again. “This website will” section selects everything as it should except the “Remember your login details” So basically if you have Essential selected in admin when you first land on homepage it only shows advertising.

hi, if an user request erase data, or change data, or Pseudonymisation, or data access… admin has to do all manually, or account will be canceled automatically, and data will change or Pseudonymisation automatically? it’s important, if there are many requests, or a mail of request doesnt arrive to admin receipt… there is the option to an automatization of all process?

It’s semi-automated process. You can see the list of requests in dashboard, select multiple requests and send information/delete data with single click for multiple users. The same with Pseudonymisation – you can just select multiple services, where you would like to encrypt data.

At the moment some cookies are pre-integrated to each group and you can manually add cookies to each group via admin panel. Since the next version our plugin will find the cookie and pre-assign them to particular groups (but you will have option to change if needed).

Hi. I have been testing ur plugin in depth, and it is very nice. Some things are still missing but i am sure your will complete them in future updates.
One question: I have tried the data access form, and i see that it submits the data of the user in attachments as a .json file.
Are u planning to send this data more “user friendly”? Something as in a PDF with all the data structured? (Title = Value). A .json file is not friendly to read for normal users…

This type of option is not part of the plugin as it would make it incompatible with GDPR as the user can request removal of all data saved by the site (so also removing the WP Comments and WordPress Posts data)
If I understand correctly you are using this plugin on your site. Right now the Ultimate GDPR plugin is not compatible with it, so this type of functionality will not work with Slimstat Analytics. We will integrate this plugin in the future update of the plugin, but you can also do that on your own by following this part of the Documentation.

1- I have a legalization plugin that generates my ToS and Privacy Policies pages using shortcodes. Can I integrate the shortcodes in your tool, or do you provide a similar function?
2- I run a multisite single domain, but I had to add also a stand alone install in a subdirectory of the same domain (core plugin requirement), can I use a single license for the domain? (it is a single website, just multiple installations)
3 – In a multisite install, with each subiste provides a function and woocommerce is active only in a subiste, can the plugin manage the user´s privacy at a network level or do I have to manage every single subsite? (you already got it would be a mess)
4 – about user´s data extraction, reporting and cancellation, can the plugin manage the related tasks, or it only infroms the user providing a dedicated communication channel about privacy, but I have to manage the “forget” and “report” task on my own?

1) We provide a shortcode for Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions accept, so if you will put both shortcodes (yours with generated Tos/Privacy Policy and our accept shortcode) on one page it should work without any issues. 2) If that’s a single website you need only one license. 3) At the moment you would need to manage it per single site. 4) It’s semi-automated in admin – in dashboard you will see the list of requests, you can select multiple users requests and just click button to send/delete data.

Another issue is that when a visitor gives consent by clicking the accept button, the screen will disappear, but when you refresh that page, the message asking for consent is displayed again? Has this got something to do with the option: “Set consent expire time [s] – Time, in seconds, when the cookie notice is still visible.” I don’t know the use of this. If a visitor gives consent, it’s supposed to stay hidden then?

With option ‘Set consent expire time [s]’ you can set how long the user consent will be valid. After that time cookie notice will be displayed again. Can you send to support link where you have this problem? It works on my test page and demo when I check it.

I’ve changed the seconds in that field (was set to 10sec) and this solves the problem. But what’s the use of this? Why should there be a period to display the message? When someone accepts it, I thought this should not be displayed again. Even after a specific time. Please, do not forget to answer the mail i’ve send. I still got no answer.

It’s like with any other cookie – you always need to setup time after cookie expires instead of keeping it active forever, mostly because of security reasons. When user accept cookie information, his consent is saved in a dedicated cookie which after some time expires. We answered your ticket yesterday – please check your email for message from supportpal system.

1) Yes, currently user can select one of 4 cookies groups (admin can add custom cookies to each group) in Privacy Settings (it looks like the following: http://prntscr.com/jig9u8) 2). Currently we have option to request to access/delete or edit personal data via form available on website. Admin can see the log of requests in dashboard and can send/delete data in semi-automatic way (select multiple users from the list and select action to send/delete data).

User can request woocommerce data deletion from database via “right to forget form). After that admin can delete the data easily by choosing data deletion option in dashboard.
