I recently bought this plugin in the hope that it would generate and send a coupon to each individual who registers through my website, but I cannot get it to send a welcome email to individuals who have registered (well at least not in my tests).
I am running a competition site through photo contest and need this or a plugin to send a voucher/coupon code to each individual who enters into the competition. (Essentially each individual who registers and enters the competition).
How does this plugin pick up new users and send them an email?

We are really sorry for the issue. But I just wanted to know are you getting normal WordPress emails through your site? Also can you try to setup SMTP plugin on your site so that it would check whether the emails are properly working.

We are receiving normal Wordpress emails, it’s just this plugin that isn’t sending the mails.

I need to do the next need to sell 1000 tickets numbers need in stead of create 1000 product each product has one ticket number I need to create 1 product contains 1000 ticket number and every time some one purchase the product the number of ticket decrease 1 to be 999 and if another user purchase the product he will take another ticket number and the number of the ticket in the product will decrease 1 to be 998 and thus does your plugin can do that ? if yes will be very good if not do you have any suggestion ? thank you

Another issue…. The pop-up is not showing on shop pages, rather there is no option to select the shop page or product category page, single product page. In fact it is showing at the bottom of these pages below the footer.

I tried to disabling all the plugins except Woo Commerce and switching to If this is the case, could you fix the issue? At this stage it is not possible to Twenty Seventeen theme…. The issue still persists!! The pop-up div shows on at the bottom of the pages which are not selected under ‘Show Popup On Pages’ option from pop-up settings of your plugin.

Hello, Can you send your site FTP details to me? Because its quite not possible for me to make debug inside code from admin panel. That might break site design. Otherwise you can make a dev setup so that we can check the issue there.
