Hi! Awhile ago you gave out Axis free of charge here on Envato. Since I got the plugin for free would I be eligible for updates or do I have to purchase a license. If you need it, I can supply you with the code I received. It wasn’t a normal purchase code, but the certificate said that this plugin was given to me free of charge.
You need to buy it to download updates.

Hey Guys, Thanks for the amazing plugin. I have one problem! I need to make one Page visible to public because I want to place a link to the imprint page in the Footer which doesn´t work when the Coming Soon Mode is turned on. Is there a workaround to make only one specific page visible? Thank you!

No.
I added Allow Access section to allow entered IP addresses and urls to view the real theme.
You just need to remove the plugin & reinstall again.

I’ve unzipped the file but there is no other zip file contained in it, just an open folder file in the following name:
Axis – Responsive Coming Soon WordPress Plugin
And contained in that folder is: axis-wp help licensing source
(all open folders)
I’ve tried dropping the main open folder into the “upload plugin” but it won’t use that.
I just downloaded it. You MUST install axis-wp.zip as PLUGIN.
I just re-zipped the open folder and it works now

You can reinstall it on WP or upload its files via FTP.
Will that cause to delete the info I already entered in that app?
It won’t delete data. But, I prefer you to upload it via FTP. I added countdown time option. If it is useless for you, you do not need to update.

Hi there i found 2 disturbing bugs :
1- Under some resolution the display is really bad (1366 X 768 for example) 2- only admin can see backend, authors, shop manager, etc… cant, if a user have a so high role into wordpress this is that you probably want him to be able to see the site and not the maintenance page.

It resizes automatically by a pre-used plugin. I did not write a custom JS for it.

1. We are using the video background for your plugin and it seems that there is a delay before beginning the video. What could cause the delay?
2. We’ve tested the site on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari and mobile devices. While the video begins playing on Chrome, it seems that for Safari and mobile, the video never begins playing, it only shows the cover image. Ideas?
It can be a delay time. Because, it gets the video from Youtube.
Hi, the video background does not play at all on mac / safari devices, it only has an image from the video. On samsung tablet devices it does not load any background….any suggestions??
Some mobile devices do not allow autoplay video backgrounds.
Hi there – I’m trying to configure Mail Chimp and the contact form but the list is not being populated.
First – for the top of the screen where we can ask for an email address – the address is not being captured anywhere within the plugin.
Then, the MailChimp integration works to send emails advising that we have a new message, but the mail list is not populated at all. Please provide guidance – need to get this up and running ASAP.

Email addresses are stored in a text file if you don’t use MailChimp. Its content can be seen in the plugin options.
You should write your email address to make the contact form work. Go to Axis / Contact Form. Fill in “Target email address” field.
Hi, we absolutely love this plugin. Just have a question about user level. We would like to give our clients access to the website while the design is taking place. We do not want to give them “ADMIN” access, rather just “SUBSCRIBER” or “AUTHOR”. Is there any way to do that? Thank you.

Disable “WP Rocket” or other caching plugins. It’s your site issue. It doesn’t load jQuery. You need debug your site in a browser.

Also it make sense that when there is only 1 day or 1 hour, the plural word is replace by the singular.
I’ll try to do it automatically.
For plural i think the simpliest way is to give the user the posibility to define a plural and singular word, this way it really dont mess with the tranlations.

i purchased it with this account but fyi it was offered for free not that long ago. No offense but Free or paid for it should work. i am not having just a configuration issues because I can not disable the mailchimp feature either.

After zip main folder i can’t see any “deploy” folder.

It’s a WP plugin. So, it includes the plugin folder named axis and its ZIP file in the main zip.
You need to enable Coming Soon Mode in plugin options in wp-admin panel.
