Hello,
I need 2 clarifications :
1/
We need to display a list of all products with status “low stock” (with option to filter by supplier, by example) + the possibility to tick the products to order + a “validate” button which transform the selection into a new order
is this in your module, or do we need a custom job ?
2/
Would you confirm :
Once the order is validated (= PDF generated), is there somewhere specified “in order”, in the product itself ?
The goal would be to display (in backoffice only), when you enter a product, if it is “in order” or not.
Thanks, Vince
any update ?
Will check with team for required #1 functionality, for #2 this might need some customization, please elaborate bit more and send email at wooprohelp@gmail.com to advise further on this
Do you have any documentation for this plugin? I purchased and installed it, but when I placed a test order, I could not see the PO on the backend of the site.
1. We will provide documentation shortly.
2. Please elaborate bit more, provide snapshots, assume you entered PO, what is the date, in backend where you are not able to see this? To resolve this quickly If possible provide us backend login credentials to review this further towooprohelp@gmail.com.
I believe I misinterpreted the function of this plugin. I was looking for one that allows the customer to enter a PO at checkout. Your plugin seems to be a PO system for the company operating the site. This won’t work for what I need, so how can I get a refund? I tried emailing towooprohelp@gmail.com, but it bounced back
It’s been 12 days without a response now. Please advise on the refund process
Plugin is working as described on product page and in demo, you seems to have some different requirements, It is clearly mentioned that this is a Purchase Order System, this cannot be a ground for Refund, check – https://codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy
No, it was NOT clear, and your demo was not functional, otherwise I would have been able to try it before I bought it. This is very poor customer service. If my customer is not happy, I refund their purchase without question – you should do the same. I guess I will let the credit card company decide.
We also dont mind refunding provided it is a fair ground, demo page is very much functional, product has been well described on page, we have also reverted to your comments, its very easy to quickly judge that we are not providing good customer service and give negative comments, you could have also asked the presales queries
I again repeat we are happy to refund as long as it is a fair ground
Your demo may be functional now, but it was not on the day I was evaluating it. I was on a deadline to find a solution, and opted to make the purchase as it did appear to do everything we needed. The difference is very subtle – someone looking for this solution can easily mistaken your product as I did. Without a functional demo or documentation, how can someone make this determination without buying it? You should use this opportunity to improve your sales process and add the documentation, not take my money and direct me to your refund policy. You never responded to my initial inquiry until I came back and posted a second time – that is the definition of poor customer service. Here is an opportunity for you to show potential future customers that you are genuinely concerned about customer feedback and overall satisfaction. Do you consider it “fair ground” to make a customer pay for a product he cannot use?
Lets close this and I will refund your amount soon as there is no point in debating on this and neither we are so money minded, Best of Luck
Raise the refund request and we will have this granted
Thank you for understanding. How exactly do I raise the refund request?
Hi, I was testing the demo. The first thing I wanted to ask you is if it works with the latest versions of Wordpress and Woocommerce and if it works with PHP 7.0
Before buying I would like to consult some things If the plugin updates the cost of the product based on the purchases, and if it shows the average of the purchase value or only the last purchase.
For example if I buy 10 units of a product at $ 25 cost 6 units were sold, so I still have 4 units at a cost of $ 25 each. and I’ll buy 10 more units but this time at $ 18 each
The system should average me the cost value of what I already had with the new purchase
4 * $ 25 = $ 100 + 10 * $ 18 = $ 180 = $ 280
14 units = $ 280 $ 280/14 = $ 20 for each unit in stock
Finally there is a way to put the cost of the product in the file of each product so that when you go to edit the product you can see the cost.
Sorry my english
When you enter to the Stock report, its any way to export to excel or something??? Its posible in the stock report to show that instead of the last purchase price show, the average price of the stock that we have ??
We will have to customize for this.
Hi, love the plugin and thanks for developing for Business Needs. I have to presale questions:
1. Is it possible to predefine the PO Number? Maybe Starting at PO400000 and autogenerate next number PO400001 sequently for the next POrders? 2. when generating the Purchase Order where do i set the tax rate and tax summ? And also how to show that on pdf/print?
Thank you very much for your reply. Jan
Hello,
1. Is it possible to predefine the PO Number? Maybe Starting at PO400000 and autogenerate next number PO400001 sequently for the next POrders? >>Yes, there is an option of setting Series no., Goto Settings->Series Settings page to set starting series no.
2. when generating the Purchase Order where do i set the tax rate and tax summy? And also how to show that on pdf/print? >>We have this in Purchase Invoice however to add this in PO we will have to customize the plugin which will require additional customization cost, mail us at wooprohelp@gmail.com for more details on required efforts.
This plugin seems to work sporadically. When initially installed it worked fine, now everytime I get a “something wrong po” error message that appears and nothing in the plugin works. Sometimes a javascript alert saying “e3” shows up. I’ve tried activating and deactivating the plugin, deleting it and re-adding it, nothing makes it work again. There have been no updates done during this time to Wordpress or Woocommerce. Using Woocommerce 3.2.3 and Wordpress 4.9.4 with the latest PHP 5.6 build. Help?
Sorry to know issues observed by you, if possible please email your backend login credentials or of staging sever at wooprohelp@gmail.com for us to review and to see if there is something which is conflicting, once we have this details we will get back on this in next 1-2 days
When there is a Vendor SKU on the product page (Vendor SKU is a custom field on the product page), the Vendor code does not populate into the PO entry as the vendor SKU.
Please advise if we would be able to automatically populate the Vendor SKU stored within the WooCommerce product page.
It doesn’t make sense that the vendor SKU does not automatically populate from WooCommerce and that it would need to be manually input for every single PO.
Please advise. 1. When a PO entry is made, I created a test vendor name in your demo database and it did not populate into the dropdown. 2. When Add Product is clicked, it requires a Product Name entry by NAME and not by a SKU. There are several products with the same NAME. Is there an opportunity to select a product by SKU which is a unique identifier? 3. When a Vendor Name is selected, is there an opportunity to populate the product names in the product drop-down specifically for the selected vendor? 4. Is there a way to default the PO date to the day of PO Entry? 5. Is there a way to default the PO Due Date based on the Vendor PO terms?

It is compatible with woocommerce warehouses plugin? We need to be able to make PO from different warehouses, and also be able to receive goods on those warehouses.
we will have to customize plug-in to make it work with WooCommerce warehouse plugin, mail us details of required changes at wooprohelp@gmail.com
Hello, how do you handle prices in different currencies..?
Presently plug-in does not support multi-currency, if require we can customize this for you with some efforts, send us mail at wooprohelp@gmail.com for more details.
Great, I will drop a mail.
I have a few issues with the plugin.
1) The PDF generation, I want to be able to edit it more. The To, field only has the name of the vendor, I want the contact name on there too.
2) The pricing is not inline on the table, the price table needs widening and the SKU section removed, just not relevant when you have the Vendor SKU section.
3) Notes don’t appear on the PDF
4) Option to duplicate/copy a P.O would be good
5) Option to pull COST prices from Woocommerce Cost of Goods
6) The save PDF, the file number should the the P.O number.
Hello bapodra,
1) Presently we are showing Vendor’s Company Name and Address on PDF, if required we can customize this for you.
2) Thank you for suggestion, we will widen price tables in next update and SKU is required for other customers of plug-in hence we have kept this field, we can specifically remove this field for you if required
3) This will be there in our next release.
4) We are working on this and will be there in next update.
5) Yes, we can add this. if required we can customize this for you.
6) This will be there in our next release.

Hi,
Nice plug-in. I just purchased it and installed on a fresh WP & WC and I’m getting a duplicate menu on the admin and a message that something went wrong.
Did you get any bug reports? Thanks

Sorry for delayed response. Email was sent. Thanks.
Hello, I have purchase and downloaded your plugin however when I try to create a new PO there is no drop down from where to select a vendor only the ‘add’ button. I’ve added the vendor and know it is there because it says ‘this vendor already added.’
Please help, I am unable to utilize your plugin.
Thanks, Sean
Please provide us backend admin login credentials for us to review this further, mail us at wooprohelp@gmail.com
How many vendors you have added in backend, aren’t you able to see any vendor in dropdown?
Access given via email. I have only tried to add one vendor. There is no ‘vendor list’ button that I know of so I can’t see what I’ve entered since no, I am not able to see the dropdown. I can email you a picture of that too if you like. But it simply just isn’t there and the add button is move over to the left a little when compared to the demo. You’ll see when you log in.
Have replied to your email, we are validating Vendor based on email id for Duplicate check, there is already a user with given email id hence you are unable to add Vendor again with same email, we have added one Vendor on your server please check
Seems like a very nice plug in. Is it possible to set a threshold and automatically fill orders? For example, when only three are left order a case pack (say 6).
How do this plugin handle purchase order created on woocommerce? How do I set this plugin to connect to woocommerce check out? I tried to find in your documentation how to integrate with woocommerce, and find out that it can not generate PO order when someone check out using woocommerce.
This plugin pdf export functionality has an issue, it does not support PKR currency, instead of currency symbol it is showing ”?”. Please advise the recourse of the same
Sorry for the issue observed by you, we will have this fixed asap and will mail you modified files in next 1-2 days and will also update files on codecanyon soon

Any chance this could pull the price in from the Woocommerce Cost of Goods plugin?
Yes, we can customize the plugin to pull the price of Woocommerce Cost of Goods plugin. Please mail us at wooprohelp@gmail.com
Hello,
we purchased the plugin a few days ago and we have a little problem, we cannot find how to add products from the stock reports to an existing purchase order. We only have the button to generate a new PO… Is the feature missing or are we doing something wrong?
We have thousands of categories and products, and it would be impossible to make a complete PO in only one go, with only one search/page filter. Sometimes our staff creates multiple POs for our various suppliers and products are added for several days before to send the final POs. I think we are not the only one in this situation…
Thanks in advance for your help
Thank you for purchasing our product
In stock report we have a first column as checkbox, check then Items whose PO you want to generate and then click a button “Generate PO” this will take all marked Items to PO Entry
You can increase the paging size via screen options seen on header area
Please note max no. of entries/items allowed in PO is 50
Hi!
first of all, many thanks for your very fast reply
yes we know that we can select items and generate a new PO, but we need to add to an existing PO…
we work with multiple POs, for multiple suppliers, adding products to them during several days. It seems strange that every time we go in the stock reports we have to generate a new PO and we cannot just add the selected items to an existing one… This is why I was asking If we were missing something in the process…
To generate new PO you can also go via Purchase Order and then click on “Add PO” button and then select Items you want to add in PO
You can also add Items to an existing PO, click on Purchase Order, you will see list of existing order, click “Edit” link and then add new products
mail us at wooprohelp@gmail.com with more details in case you still have any queries
Great work! Congratulations! Good sales and buyers.
Can this work with multiple stores, so with the woo commerce warehouse plugin on code canyon. Need it to help make orders from our companies/vendors when we are low on stock but each warehouse needs to see its own stock report.
There is Low stock report and you can check on Items to quickly generate Purchase Order, option to select Vendor from list, for each warehouse stock we will have to make some changes in plugin, please elaborate bit more in detail and mail us at wooprohelp@gmail.com to assist on this further
Can it create automatic Purchase Order number?
Functionality is not there presently however we can custom add this if required, mail us at wooprohelp@gmail.com with details of required functionality, thanks
Is it included on the price or should I pay additional cost for this?
Let us know your exact requirement on above mail, if this is not much time consuming we might do at no additional cost else there could be some nominal additional cost
Assume you are referring to Auto PO no. generation, yes this feature is already there
Good idea. I have been looking for this functionality. I will test the demo site to see if this will work.
I also what to know re: “The plugin is well coded to handle massive installations? We have thousands of products, and over a million of post meta data.”
It is well coded however we have not tested this with such large data and cant guarantee that this will work as expected, if there is any concern we can see if there is any possible work around however this may need additional efforts and cost
