WOW . I am just about to finish a huge project and was about to start looking for something like this. Epic timing. 
One question though, can this differentiate between the different types of comments in PHP ? I have multiple line comments, single line comments, and also # comments in my project.

Yes, it includes all files: executable(.jar), source codes (.java), NetBeans project, images, documentation, used guide, etc.

Lol, i think i got your question. Yes, if you select a folder, it will Code Counter will execute an algorythm to search for files deep in subfolders too.
