No activation code is required when you install the app. It will not ask for any serial number or key when you install it and run the application.

The number of installations depends on the license (Regular/Extended/Tools) you purchase. I think one installation is allowed in case of Regular license. You can contact Envato/CodeCanyon support for further details about licensing.
