Our plugin doesn’t indicate what information is going to be shared. So you can set the information to share by using a meta tag on your page or in your website’s theme.

Hey, author so before buying this plugin I just wanted to ask,
If after buying this plugin I did not like it ( maybe the way it works or takes featured image ) would you please refund me because I also bought your other plugins which I never used and asked you for a refund but you didn’t give me a refund.
I’m not saying I will ask you for a refund but just in case cuz I don’t have enough money but there is a lot I want to purchase. I already wasted my money on Graphic River and font so was just worried.
Also, my theme includes easy social share plugin so I also wanted to compare it with that cuz I like the simplicity of your plugins and easy social share is so compact.
I’m using boombox theme
I’m also still waiting for contact form plugin
If you could offer me refund for pricing table plugin that would awesome but I know you won’t. I haven’t even downloaded that plugin even once. Just didn’t realize, if it’s required on my site. Just got excited the way you presented it and bought it

A presale question:
Does this work on every page or only post page? If it works on every page is it possible to set custom featured image that would be shared for a specific page? If custom image option isn’t available then how this plugin would display image for a shared page?
Also, I’m interested in your contact form plugin but I can’t find a WordPress based plugin. Could you please give me a link to that plugin.
On the demo site, I tested your contact form plugin but all the message are going in the spam folder. Why is that so?

The plugin can be installed to every page, and the picture to share is selected automatically based on the metadata.
As for the Contact Form plugin, it will be released for WordPress in about a months’ time. We’re very sorry for the delay!
Concerning the messages going to the spam folder, could you please let us know the email address you’re sending them from? We’ll be happy to check this for you!

So I use Zoho mail instead of Gmail. That might be the case why those messages went in the spam folder. It’s ok for me, I’m sure you have tested it properly.
You said that your contact form plugin will be available next month ( I hope so ). Could you please add one more input field ( website link/URL ). Sometimes it’s helpful to get more info like the site URL.

Viber and WhatsApp buttons are already implemented in the plugin, you’ll find them in the dropdown list on Social Networks tab of your plugin’s settings.
As for the Instagram button, unfortunately, we can’t add that, as Instagram doesn’t allow posting from 3rd-party applications, you can only post on Instagram in their native apps. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience!
