Hi, I downloaded via Envato Elements (not CodeCanyon) how do I access the Purchase Code so that the Support Forum can be viewed?
When I installed the plugin on my site a test verified that the plugin works on the front-end, however I cannot access the settings in the plugin settings ‘Dashboard’ tab on the back-end. When I click on the plugin in the settings the actual settings disappear, preventing me from customizing the plugin.

I’m sorry, but based on Envato rules: https://help.elements.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000629166-Item-Support-on-Envato-Elements items from Envato Elements are not supported. If you need help, you have to buy the same item on Envato Marketplace.

Yes, it could be a problem on mobile devices – in some cases boxes can hide content. There are two ways to solve this issue: – user can close fly box, – you can disable (in dashboard) plugin for small screen sizes. Let me know if you have further questions.

At the moment the only thing it can do is move from one post to the next using: Post ID Post create date Post last modified date
In Ascending or Descending order.
Is there anything that can be done in relation to this as it is so close to being perfect!!!

I bought this plugin today and while testing it out on my site (which is SSL encrypted) Chrome was complaining that the plugin’s settings page was trying to load scripts from an unauthenticated site.
Looking into it I tracked it down to the NPPlugin.class.php file, line 45, where it loads in Google fonts. This has been hard coded as “http://fonts.googleapis.com” which isn’t correct for an SSL encrypted site.
I changed this to be just ”//fonts.googleapis.com” and Chrome no longer complains. Interestingly, Firefox didn’t complain about this at all, just Chrome.
I would recommend updating this in your next release.

What I mean is, once the box appears on let’s say the comments section, is it possible to let it disappear again once you scroll down to the footer section ? In your demo you don’t have a footer…but I have you see, and then it would be nice if it disappeared also automatically?So only visible when at the height of comment section but not before and not after. Yes, when you scroll up again, but also when you scroll down to the footer with in the meantime no comments section on screen ? On sites where I’ve seen the flybox it doesn’t show what I want, it stays visible. Do you know a site where this behavior is operational so I can see it maybe? Regards, Eric

This is an option in plugin, it is not shown on live preview.
I’m not sure if you know what I mean? When I look at the screenshots I see Dimensions setting where you activate the flybox but I don’t see a setting to deactivate the flybox. So it will be shown to the end of the page once it passed comments section although the comment section isn’t visible anymore.How else the flybox would know to disappear? I’m not sure what do you expect exactly. This plugin displays previous/next posts/pages in box from the left/right side of the page.
Pre-purchase Question… Is this set to show the previous/ next post within the same category? Or does it just go by date?
I, like many, would like it to stay in the same category and won’t buy it if it doesn’t.
Also, if I choose a smaller image size, with the height of the box decrease. It’s a little too tall in the Demo for my taste.
