Attachment is very basic requirement for any communication. Its should inbuilt service in paid plugin.
virtual communication without attachment, just like video talk without audio.So my suggestion, must added this feature.

How can I activate all the addons that came with bundle? I can only activate one addon. The others gave me an error…..

You asked for ADMIN access, I gave it to you. You asked for FTP access, I gave it to you. It’s been a week since I purchased the Bundle, I can’t use it. The UserPro with Social Media can’t even hide taskbar for non admin. You’re not encouraging people to buy and buy more.

OKAY! I gave you guys Admin credentials and you broke my site. Things happened; I know you’re trying to help. But you broke the site, do you have to be quiet about it pass 7 hours. Shouldn’t I receive words of confidence from you that the team is working hard to fix it back? It took me almost a year to put the site to where it is right now and I didn’t do important backups before I gave you admin credentials. Now I’m screwed.

Can someone please tell me they’re working on putting back my site as I was? All pics from my store is gone, the Homepage is destroyed and missing contents. I’d rather not have the Bundle and have things as they were. I can live with the the UserPro. Not hearing from you guys is making me real depress.

None of the plugins in the UserPro Addons Bundle is available to my users or me. The Dashboard isn’t linked to users, the messenger is no where to be found. If you’re reading this, you should think twice before buying this. Even your admin account doesn’t have access to any of them. You’ll find some some added pages in your page area. That’s not the way it’s supposed to be. They are addons. They should be activated and be part of your profile. Not LOST IN SPACE kind of plugins. You won’t know you have them if you didn’t pay for them. Stay away from this.

I decided to go through your LIVE PREVIEW again. Nowhere does it show the Dashboard itself. I was trying to see which part connects to it. Nothing links to it, but it links to so many things when I go directly to the page for a VIEW. It’s less than 24 hours since I purchase it, but I’m so close to asking for a refund.

When I was only using UserPro, it would usually take me to my user profile whenever I click on login if I’m already logged in. It’s still behaving the same way except that Woocommerce link is there. I have no way to access Dashboard anywhere. The profile doesn’t link to the dashboard. I did say yes to show dashboard to all user and all. When I acces the dashboard page in the backend, it looks nice. That’s what I want to have access to after signin.
