I just wanted to share two things, I learned and found useful. Both use a plugin for shortcodes: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/

1. Make “Bot’s introduction” say hello to the user: Add something like this: Hello [su_user field=”display_name” default=”” before=”” after=”” user_id=”” filter=”“]! Then your bot greets the user (logged in WP user). If person using the bot is not logged in, it just says “Hello!”.

2. Get external answers in “What should the bot say?”: You can pull in an RSS feed and show the feed items as the bot’s answer. Use this shortcode: [su_feed url=https://www.wpchatbot.io/feed/ limit=5] Note: Remove any ” from the string.

Your plugin is awesome. However, I have few queries before purchase: 1. I need to create two chat bots: One for the products and one present in the cart and checkout page. Product page URL structure is like: www.xyz.com/products/... and cart/checkout page URL structure is like www.xyz.com/cart/ and www.xyz.com/checkout/. How to place the bots in these pages without much of a coding? 2. I liked your “Demo #5 – Meet Tanguy” chat box icon on bottom right of the page. Is there any possibility to add this bot automatically to all the pages at once?
